My first experiences have been great! Really nice people working here, also there’s a huge variety of grocery options that are reasonably priced for the convenience. Every type of alcohol, frozen entrees, and fresh produce. Can’t wait to try the new deli!

This market is a great addition to the neighborhood! They have a large selection of beer and wine and lots of organic, gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian grocery items. They also have a deli with all kinds of options and they sell breakfast and coffee in the mornings.

Small but great selection market food and deli food. The premade tuna sushi was fresh. The premade sandwich on crusty bread was still crispy on the outside a d not too mushy on the inside. And tasty.

Extensive alcohol selection from beers to wine to liquor.

Pandemic info: staff wears masks; tape on ground for keeping distance; plastic shields in front of cash registers to further distance. All shoppers I saw were also wearing masks.

Absolutely love this market already! Only been here a week but the staff is so friendly and accommodating. They have all sorts of dried goods, fresh food, and great alcohol selection. Cannot wait to visit this place - all the time!

I live in the building connected run the market and count on this place for everyday needs. Had a small problem with a product and the owner was incredibly sweet. Listened and made things right without hesitation. Kindest people work here. Products great too.

The kitchen and deli at Portside Market is the absolute best! The Chef is first class and makes the most amazing Classic Italian sub in East Boston. Try the deli once, and I guarantee you it won’t be your last!

Great selection of ready to eats. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even made a new vegetarian item on their menu to accommodate my need.

It's convenient if you live nearby. Lots of selection of organic foods, and fantastic beer selection. It's not necessarily cheap, but the quality you're getting is worth the money
