I can't thank the staff enough for all thier help. Everyone was friendly answering questions to this novice home owner. It was a pleasure to be in a store where the customer comes first!

The older whit guy…I think his name is John. I may be wrong. But y’all know who it is. He’s the best. Worked with me until I got what I needed. Had originally called 2 associates. But all in all, they all were very helpful.

I had a great shopping experience on the electrical aisle because of the help of James and Veronica. I needed outdoor receptacles, waterproof covers, three ceiling lights, and an outdoor wall light.

Cody and Anthony and Charlisa was an amazing help. I brought my weedeater in to be looked at. To my surprise these 3 employees went above and beyond to figure out what the problem was and assisted me in ordering the part! It was a true blessing to have them help me. Thanks Home Depot!

My My, ms. Jackson is one of the best customer service person I've ever met she is respectful, keep up update on your order, make sure you get what you have paid for.

I love the Ryobi line. Home Depot gives veterans 10% off, but I always love catching the Ryobi days sales.

The sales person Mr Terrelle was knowledgeable and respectful about questions and concerns i had about purchasing shingles he even printed me a work sheet so I didn't need to try and remember what i need when i return, other sales person in his area walked pass in a rush to nowhere as if i wasn't shopping. As a matter of fact after he started helping me they kept interrupting with comments about unassociated things. He was remained professional. I come here whenever i need large purchases and i find they have the best items and prices. They really need more sales persons like this Mr. Terrelle.
I spoke with the manager about my concerns before leaving I've known him for a while and I'm sure he will take care of this. Home Depot is my go to store.

Home Depot hasn’t been good to me lately but this location keeps me coming back. Today was a good day. I came in today to return some items and talk to the kitchen specialist. The customer service was good. I was greeted and assisted timely, no wait. Then after leaving I got a call from fonneka updating me on my request. I hadnt left the parking lot and it was already resolved!

Was shopping for paint and the employees went above and beyond helping me. The cashier named Sharee was very helpful and told me about their membership that I believe I will be enrolling it. The young woman who mixed my paint was very kind and helpful. I wish I remember her name so people knew who to ask for. Both these women deserve raises ! Will be returning!

Everything was well stocked and prices were easy to see. Plenty of staff were working, so assistance was quickly located.

I visit Home Depot at least once a month. At this location I can always find helpful and friendly staff that will assist me with finding what I need or directing me to the best options to meet my needs. Because I visit often enough I am familiar with some of the and really value their advice when it comes to purchasing new products or making repairs for Treasure Chest Learning Academy or my home.

Purchased some vinyl sheet flooring today and the man who assisted me was very helpful and courteous. Didn’t catch his name but was a tall man with long dreadlocks. Outstanding customer service.

Home Depot is a great big box hardware and renovation store. Almost anything you need is available there. They generally have good customer service though lately they sometimes seem to be plagued as many other stores with being forced by corporate to run on skeleton crew status. Their prices are generally fair but can sometimes be beaten if you shop around. But all in all they are in my top three of local hardware supply stores.

This place has the nicest salesman in the application dept. He is an older gentleman and he really helps you and he is so sweet and kind every store needs someone like him

Huge selection of flowers and garden and lawn tools!

Had to drive to North Jackson location. Ordered the sod cutter. Instead of a trailer requirements, we used simple ramps from rental to load it. Fifteen (15) minutes later, transaction complete, finally!
