Boot Barn

Came in to switch out a funky hat band on a favorite hat. Chris was awesome removing a portion of the old band and making a "custom" band with some stock band feathers they had. Folks were so cool I ended up buying an amazing buckle (See pic) by Montana Silversmiths and a couple other items. Great store that I highly recommend!

Love this place. Prices haven't gone crazy high there, so the boots were competitively priced. Selection is crazy. People are very helpful and let's face it...we could always use another pair of boots!

Was my first time buying a pair of boots! The manager Chris was really cool and helped me out so much. His knowledge with the boots and professionalism was a 10/10! Definitely would recommend asking for him if you have any questions!

Super expensive but great service and long lasting boots. They also have belts, shirts, hats, plus other things. I try to only go here once a year or so, because it is really expensive

Alexis has been extremely patient and helpful while trying to find me pants for a wedding. I bought pants that didn’t fit and she happily returned them and special ordered the correct ones for me. She called me and left a very nice message letting me know they were in and ready to be picked up. She is extremely helpful and friendly, so it makes shopping easy. She greets me (by name) every time I walk in. Even today, I was looking for another pair of ranch jeans (Kimes), that boot barn doesn’t carry in store, but she was able to order them for me online. It’s the little things like that, that keep me coming back. The other staff is great every time as well. I just prefer to work with Alexis.

When you walk in you can smell the leather you can smell the boots got that great Western shop feel. A 50/50 split of large selection for both men and women. Probably the largest selection of kids cowboy boots I've ever seen.

I love how helpful the staff is here they are so excited and welcoming that you are there. I will come back time and time again

I went here to buy my first cowboy hat and I had an amazing experience! All the workers there were knowledgeable and were able to help me make a decision on my first hat. Shoutout to Heather, Christina, and Kolona(?)

Shopping today to find my wife's boots for her birthday, thank God Tiffany was there to help us she really went out of her way to make it an amazing experience. My wife is not easy to fit and she almost needs a custom pair of boots, Tiffany went the extra mile we must have tried it on 15 to 20 pairs of boots I lost track. Highly recommend going back again soon.

First time ever going here. Heather was very nice and patient. Helped me navigate the website. Then showed me how the store is organized to help me find the work boots I needed. I not only got a good pair that are very comfy. She picked out the best one for my work needs.

The associate Uriel was very helpful when I was purchasing my new hat. He made sure that I was satisfied before I left. I stopped in about 30 minutes before closing. I was able to get help right away and they even sized a hat for me before checking out.

This is the place to go for western style clothing and boots, work boots, belts, hats and accessories. Prices can be up there, but most are reasonable. Always have sale prices for different items, so watch for sales.

Went in to shape my cowboy hat that i bought on their website and the young man (Uriel) that did the hat shaping on my hat did an amazing job, is very helpful, very polite and super knowledgeable about merchandise. He even gave us some very informative tips on hat care we ended up buying two new ones.

Great source for quality western wear. Stetson cowboy hats, Resistol cowboy hats, Montana Silversmith products, all types of boots. You name it. I've picked up cowboy hats, bolo ties, hat brushes, etc. There's an employee there named Uriel. Try to have him help you out if you have any questions. VERY knowledgeable and patient. Just a good guy. Highly recommend this Store.

We went to get my husband's western hats cleaned. The gentleman who cleaned my husband's hats did an amazing job! I think he knows everything about western hats. I was so impressed! Ask for uriel!

Called ahead for product availability, and when I arrived it was laid out for me.
Sales staff asked me to please try on each pair of pants. They wanted me to be satisfied with by purchase before I left the store. Thank you!
