Always get shoes from Big 5 for the whole family. Even though they didn't have the size shoe we needed, the staff was extremely helpful in finding a size for my son in the back and it was on clearance! Even better! Thank you to the ladies that helped (in the back getting shoes and the cashier). They were extremely helpful and very nice! Loyal customer!

Sign up for their email saved me a lot. They had a nice size option of everything I needed for my son's foot gear and the employees at the one by the mall where so helpful. Wish I could say the same about the one in AV. Just pointed me to the items and I was looking for a while to make sure I had the rt cup protection for him and she waited until another customer came in and walked them to the same spot and assisted on them. Big five your employees reflect you. She was an older lady compared to the nice to young ladies in Victorville🤨🤔🤣.

I've been shopping this store for many years. Always good. Only thing is the screws that hold Kershaw knives together always come loose. Once the screws come out there no good anymore

I asked the girl it was at the cash register if that was the only one of that kind. She went and got two other kinds for me to look at. Then checked me out with the one that I bought. She was so helpful.

Workers are friendly, and they periodically have really good sales. Merchandise is of good quality, some items are pricey but then again the quality is good, I personally like to check in for the sales.

My favorite store for those neccessary outdoor items. Make sure to log in from your email account for daily specials. The associates very helpful always .

I subscribe to their daily email, and they had an ice chest that was less than half price. I got there about an hour after they opened on that Sunday and they were all gone. The staff was happy to give me a raincheck for 2 of them. I got a call a few days later to let me know they were back in stock.

I go here to buy most of my co2 guns or live ammo. Staff is pretty cool. Exercise equipment and guns are pretty cool coming from here. Got some really nice ones, let me hold and look at them and staff is helpful and some are a little knowledgeable.

My husband and I went to the Big5 store in Apple Valley to get us some new shoes. I got a pair of walking shoes and he got a pair of hiking shoes.
I got to tell you that the sales people who helped us were terrific, kind, helpful and considerate. They showed great expertise with the items that were for sale and were quite knowledgeable about what we wanted. I can highly recommend the store! Thanks for a wonderful shopping experience!

Stopped by to get a pair of shoes that was on sale and they had what I wanted. The salesperson was nice and helped myself and another person in just a few minutes. Keep up the good work Big 5 employees.

We had a great trip to Big 5 today, shopping for our vacation to Big Bear. Everyone was attentive, helpful, and the manager Cody McMillan went out of his way to make sure we left with smiles on our faces. We will definitely be back!
