Caitlin was great. She worked quickly and answered all of my questions. She even doubled checked before finishing checking me out and got me a great discount applied to my new equipment.

This was by far the best experience we've ever had with any Verizon store! Not only were they very knowledgeable they are unbelievable helpfull they went above and beyond, when we left my husband's phone could not make calls everything else worked just fine it would go straight to a error code so I returned to figure out was going on and Torre spent the next 35 min on hold with customer service for us so we could figure it out and it was nothing to do with the phone but actually Verizon. This will be the only store we ever deal with again
