AT&T Store

As soon as we walked into the store, the guy helped us right away no waiting. Very patient had respectful communication skills his attitude very polite. He gave us options of the device. I needed to replace my phone gave me details on how much it would cost I appreciate his hard work. I recommend this place!!!! very polite services

I came to AT&T not sure of what to expect but Selena was very attentive and helpful to me and my husband. Since the iPhone 14 was high in price she put the service on our phones until we are able to get new ones. We walked out paying $0 . I feel stress free because now we don’t have to worry about paying boost mobile and their bad quality service. We were there for a while setting up and the whole time was a pleasure she made us laugh and feel comfortable 😁. I’m so thankful for Selena ! Thank you so much 😊!

I had Selena as a rep and she was wonderful. Very knowledgeable set up my phone and watch if I fall it will call 911. I highly recommend her and the store.

Diana Santibanez worked magic. I came in, in tears with all kinds of billing issues. I'm a new AT&T customer, and she restored my faith because I was about to cancel my services. She worked diligently to right everything that was wrong, including leaving a lengthy note to CS to assist me when I call in for the additional actions I need to take. I decided to go to AT&T to get new phone service. This location was close by my home. I'm glad I went here. Was greeted at the door by a employee. Told him what I wanted and needed so not to try and get me into something I didn't want. Selected the phone and service. Paid for my phone in full got a affordable monthly service. He did recommend I get phone case not bad at $30 with lifetime guarantee. I was expecting to spend around $275-$300. That was what my new phone and service and other fee did cost. Spent additional $50 on charging cube and the case. So out the door spending $350.00 and took less then an hour. Great customer service * * * * *

Sophia at this store is a rock star. My phone was not functioning after an update. She was so nice and listened to me. Her customer service skills are outstanding. Thank you. Great store.
