T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I rarely visit this store, but when I do, I have been greeted upon arrival. The only reason I visit the store is to participate in T-Mobile Tuesday offers. Most offers do not require you to visit a store but occasionally, over the years i have been a customer, they give away umbrellas, mugs, spatulas, hats, etc. Luckily I do not have to interact with the employees when I visit because, as an introvert, I appreciate being able to do most account changes online.

I woke up today and my phone completely Died. Skyler got me in and out of his store in 1 hour. No extra pricing for buying it from them. Transferred all my data. Saved my day. I start new job tomorrow and NEED a phone!

So to make a long story short, the customer service of everyone in this store is phenomenal! Here’s the story: my boyfriend and I went to get a new plan and new phones. Brenden and Herman set us up with our accounts and ordered our iphones - great guys and super helpful! We went back to transfer everything over when they came in and Matthew and Brooke helped us out! Matt ended up staying well passed closing because our backup and restoring took so long, which we so appreciated. He was awesome, friendly, and we were able to resolve any issue that came up along the way! However, when we got home we both immediately noticed our new iphones were scratched pretty bad along the bottom edges, not cool. My boyfriend went back the following morning, they listened to what he had to say, and ordered us replacements! Then we went back to the store another week later or so, with Herman and Brenden to get our new, new phones all set up! Herman was able to to keep our current numbers, the current promotion on our bill, and get our phones transferred over to the replacements. Overall the staff we dealt with here were so friendly, personable, patient, and really made us feel like they cared. Thanks guys!

I had a phone that wasn't compatible with any verizon phone plans, who sent me to t-mobile. After I entered the store, I received help immediately! I felt very comfortable asking questions and Matt the manager helped me get a plan for my international phone. I already gave up all hope for finding a compatible plan, but in the end I got one with extraordinary customer service. Can only recommend!

Everyone at this store was awesome. We were mainly helped by Matt, Brenden and Herman. All three of them were incredibly nice, stayed after hours while we waited for our new phones to back up, very knowledgeable, and offered us water while we waited. They really made sure we were happy with our new phones and service. I definitely recommend this location!

My Wife and I had one of the best phone purchasing experiences ever! Great customer service!! Treated us like we were human. Brooke our salesperson was wonderful! Knowledgeable, personable, and answered all our questions. I definitely recommend this store.

Another great experience at the BG
Sprint store. Both Herman and Brenden were very helpful. They took the time to answer all of our questions. They gave good information. They made sure we were completely comfortable and satisfied with our purchases. They even stayed lated to complete our transaction.

I have to say that the entire reason I drive to Bowling Green from Findlay is the superior customer service. They really do care about you as a customer and want you to be completely satisfied with Sprint services and products. I cannot speak highly enough of the people at this location. They make me happy to be a Sprint customer.

I usually hate going to this store because my past few experiences were awful, HOWEVER today I wanted to upgrade my phone. Trevor was the only sales representative working and he was pretty busy when I walked in. He was super polite and apologetic about phone ringing off and on. He was also super friendly with a bubbly personality. He hooked me up with my phone and made sure everything worked and all my stuff was transferred over. Let me know about any deals and specials and cool gadgets as well as ways to cut down on my phone bill. Last time I went there to upgrade the dude just gave me phone and pushed me out the door. So if y’all decide to go to this store ask for Trevor if he still works there. Dude is awesome.

Had an amazing experience at the BG store, everyone is so nice and very helpful. I recommend this store over the Perrysburg one any day. There was no wait got new phone and helped my dad with his phone and my moms new phone. I highly recommend this T-Mobile/sprint store. Everyone was amazing!!

My experience was above and beyond. Im not sure who the manager is there, but his employee Brookelyn was professional, extremely nice and informative. Shes more than capable of running that place herself. I was hesitant posting a review because for the life of me i can't remember her last name, but if you come across her I'm sure you wont be disappointed. Thank you

I brought my broken phone to the friendly BG Sprint team and they had it repaired on-site and back to me in less than three hours.

They offered a variety of options, were honest and upfront about costs involved and even sent me home with a new phone case.

Matt and Brookelyn are AWESOME!!! I came into the store at 7pm and had to stay until 9:34pm for Brooke to work on my phone.... SUCH NICE PEOPLE. GREAT SERVICE

Me and my wife went in to the store today and the guy working took all the time in the world to answer all of our questions (and we had about 100 ) we are switching to sprint from Verizon this week and will be going back to that store to do so we appreciate the customer service and the time taken to help us .

I have a government t mobile phone that I messed up . I took it to t mobile in Bowling Green and these 4 gentlemen helped me when they didn't have to. I thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤

They were very friendly and helpful. Brenden was the person we talked to last night and why we went back today. Everyone working there today is also very helpful and friendly as well.

Great customer service from the really cute employee Christian. He made the hassle of trading phone services bearable. He was quick and efficient. The only place I'll go to now!
