US Foods CHEF'STORE

My all time favorite place to shop. I got 40 pounds of chicken for $12. It was great! There aren't always deals like that, but you can usually find a good deal as long as you're willing to buy in bulk.

This is a great store to go to to stock up on meats for your freezer, which is exactly what we did! You can get a full rack of ribeye and cut your own steaks and save nearly $60 versus buying the same amount of steak separately in a grocery store. They have really good produce and really good prices on bulk items.

Great new store in Lynchburg. Items are in bulk and large quantities, similar to a Sam's Club or Costco, yet without a membership fee. The prices are reasonable. The isles are nice and wide. There are great sections for meets, cheeses, seafoods, produce, etc. There is a walk in cooler room and another freezer room allowing you to go in their "back room" and pick of the shelves what you want. The prices appear to be reasonable. On opening day, the parking lot and building were packed. I'll need to go back to evaluate further.

A great find for Lynchburg! Lots of great options without the massive spread out nature (and membership) of Sam's. Also a great source for some ethnic variety hard to come by in Lynchburg. The staff are friendly and helpful which is an added blessing.

Wide array of bulk restaurant supplies. The produce and meat section are phenomenal. Plenty of dry and canned goods also. No membership either. Gonna hurt Sam's!!

I had forgotten this store had opened in our area. First thing at 6:30am I'm greeted by Assistant Manager, Stile. He's extremely helpful and attentive. I make my purchase and head to work, raving about the store. I actually came back on my lunch break! I was so impressed. An associate, Kim, immediately jumped in to assist me explaining the layout of the store and the latest sales. A great store whether you're a restaurant owner or not. This place is Cookout central. I'll certainly return soon.

I am regular customer at US Food and chef store. This store Manager Josh and Jacob, Joshua and Kimberly are so nice and friendly. I appreciate Jacob and Joshua always helped me ready the items what I want and helped me carry to my car . Thank you !! San from ( Mein bowl )

This is a great bulk food grocer that services many/most local restaurant, but is open to the public. It is similar to your "club store" without the membership fee, though the variety is quite different. There are more varieties of some options than other stores and their weekly specials can be quite a deal. Some attention to pricing is needed, as some items can be a bit higher than other local options. The quality of the store, service and cleanliness, was excellent. Keep an eye out for the pink discount tags, those can be real money savers. Plenty of meats, produce, frozen bakery items, frozen fried bulk foods, canned goods, food service products, etc. Also a good source for commercial cooking utensils, aprons, pots, and such.
Have fun checking it out, but bring a sweater or jacket to wear inside the walk-in coolers & freezers if you are going to be spending much time selecting meats, cheeses, or frozen goods.

Great deals on meats and veggies and so many things. Staff is always super friendly and helpful whenever I needed them.

Love this place! I buy my meats there and you're not going to find better prices per pound anywhere. Definitely a great way to save some $$, especially in this economy. The store is always clean and the quality is excellent. I've been super happy with every purchase. Very friendly and helpful staff too.

This store is a foodies wonderland, or people in the restaurant industry they have a huge selection of fresh meats and vegetables and canned foods, seafood, I could go on and on my best recommendation is to go there The best thing NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED!!!

If you have a large family and the freezer space this is the place to shop

I came in with my grandmother they had a great selection and the store was very clean! Alex checked us out and he was very nice and patient with my grandmother and helped her load everything into her car! They definitely go above and beyond for their customers we will definitely be back!!

1st time ever in this store. Amazing selections, very clean. Separate fresh produce and neat walk in coolers. Great for large quality buying. You need it for your party, catering service, small store and they have it!
