Thank you to the owner for helping me , let me use her phone and stay in chair , for what seemed like hours of relief (safety etc)after I was in a hit and run accident,where the driver hit me while I was walking , she(driver was texting and driving), blessed and thankful , I'm recovering, thanks to this wonderful soul. very nice lady that helped me out in the store. they do follow to rules here, so only tobacco and “clear” flavors for vapes. you won’t find any fruit flavors here. there was a 24% “vape tax”. not sure if they just make that up or if it’s a city or state law, but if you’re from out of town like i am this can be a bit surprising. the Novo vape in the picture cost $34 in total with the tax.

Great shop. Positive Energy. Enjoyed my visit, and the prices aren't terrible either, I didn't even plan on stopping, went with a friend, left with a bong and a nectar collector, and some other accessories.

By far my favorite shop in this area. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. They’re very knowledgeable and can answer any question you have. The store has a great selection of products and the prices are more than fair. The owners are wonderful people and definitely deserve your business and support.

Best prices for nic salts, pods. Nice ladies work here; very friendly and helpful. I'm regular there now.

This review is a long time coming. I began shopping around at this mini warehouse-garage type place not expecting much. I saw TONS of beautiful pieces. Keeping in mind pieces that caught my eye I let the staff know I was just looking around town and may be back. The clerk advised me to check out the other shops in town and head back anytime I wanted.
I went over to Super Smoke and Save. The prices were expensive and none of the 5 guys vaping their lungs out greeted us the entire time.
So I went to Up In Smoke. The pieces were nice but very redundant. Small selection. And there was only enough room in the store for me to be watched and asked if I wanted to buy pieces I never showed interest in.

So! I went back to Ex-Hale and the guy I saw previously had a huge grin on his face. I told him about my experiences in town and he replied, “Yeahhhhh, I knew you’d be back.” I scooped a gorgeous UFO rig, a carb cap, and my first glycerine nectar collector. I LOVE this place and the customer service was fantastic. I definitely recommend if you’re from out of town and are looking for affordable and unique glass pieces. They also had every accessory imaginable. Thank you guys again!

Great place. Great selection, out of stock on a charger size i use but offered a suitable substitute. Friendly, knowledgeable, took time to assist. Will be back.

Fantastic Vibe in this charming Shop! My son was visiting & needed something specific for his Vape, so went with him. As soon as we walked in we were cheerfully greeted by a lovely woman who truly made us feel welcome and there were so many Cases filled with beautiful items.
When Chareen heard my comment about wanting to QUIT Smoking Cigarettes, she suggested I consider Vaping as this is how she finally stopped after 49 yrs! Very knowledgable and happy to answer my ton of questions. She was downright inspiring and felt I had finally found the right place to gain support and begin tapering off Cigarettes.
I started that very Day and I love going to visit the Shop and get my replacement Vapes. I'd buy more at a time but I just enjoy going to the Shop to enjoy the atmosphere! Close to town & EZ Parking is a definite plus.

The best vape shop in Saratoga, in my opinion. Super fair prices, good selection, good service. Most importantly, it's got a casual, no judgement atmosphere. They cater to beginners as well as enthusiasts, with a decent selection of replacement and diy products. Added bonus, you can sample most of their e-liquids if you like!

They have so much smoking paraphernalia to choose from. Very helpful sales associate to answer questions that come up. Decent prices. And lots of CBD products.

The customer service here is great. They have no problem helping you out with any questions and the selection here is wonderful.

If they don't have what your looking for and you request it. Chances are very good that they will get the product in store
