5 stars???? Why???? Isnt the pharmacy staff rude?? Well sometimes they are but arent we all? We never know what someone else is going through. But i can say the front desk actually the manager i just found out, she gave me one of the best experiences of a lifetime. You know who you are. So i called corporate and told her Boss how much she is appreciated. She made my day, life and the way i see things so much better.....

AMAZING SERVICE! Sue and Fatima the cashiers helped me out delivering a package and answered all my questions!

This CVS has the best staff in Albany, NY. Conveniently located though smaller than other stores, is fully stocked and organized.

This CVS is ALWAYS out of my medication. Or they dont have enough and i have to get a partial fill and then come in the next day. This is extremely inconvenient to someone who relies on the bus. I've complained and the pharmacist says that they will try to improve the service. But it never improved. Thankfully I just moved and now I go to a different CVS on Central Ave. They actually had my entire prescription today! Imagine that!

The one good thing about this pharmacy is the tech Ramel. He is super nice and always greeted me by name.

Not the best area of town, needs repair on structure

They close early on Sundays. Went at 630 pm amd the doors locked. 10 customers tried to enter in a matter of 2 minutes. They losing $$$

I have severe anxiety and take several medications for it. This past month this CVS only gave me half of the amount of pills I needed for one of my prescriptions and then refused to correct the mistake they made. The woman I spoke with even hung up on me when I got upset that I couldn’t receive the medicine that they mistakenly did not give me. One of the worst things that can happen to someone with anxiety when trying to get their vital medication. The store is also very dirty and disorganized, so I am not surprised they made this mistake. However, refusing to correct it makes this location somewhere to absolutely avoid. If I had better insurance and could use a different pharmacy I would. 0/0

So there I was...I arrive at 8PM to the CVS pharmacy, 415 Delaware Ave, on a Wednesday after work to grab a few wares on the way home only to be met at the counter by an associate with this gem already on the tip of his tongue: "sorry. We're not taking cash payments, we close up in 45 minutes." Hahahaha seriously? If I paid by card, I would have heard "sorry. Our credit card machine is down." Guranteed. @CVSPHARMACY should take a careful look at this location. Pathetic. Avoid!!

Make sure you watch what you purchase from CVS. A few of them have expired items.

I purchased Pepperidge Farm Chessman cookies from here and they were expired by 2 months. I’m assuming that’s why they were on sale.

I was able to get a refund, thankfully.

Pharmacist and techs are rude. Be polite to customers. We understand your workload and stress but still show some respect to your customers. Worst CVS store

WORST pharmacy staff ever. They are so good at being rude that you’d seriously ask yourself what you did wrong. The truth is it’s not you! It’s them and their bad attitude.
