The UPS Store

Thomas was fantastic to deal with, and went above and beyond to save me $100 on shipping. It was unexpected because I had already agreed to a cost, but he took his time anyway to save me money. I really appreciate that level of customer service.

I just visited the store to ship something There was an indian guy i remember his name is kalyan, correct me if I'm wrong. The service given by him was very excellent because there was a big line with couple of customers in store. I thought it'll take 15 to 20 minutes to get my work done but He was using his two hands and taking 3 customers at the same time and I got my work done in 2 to 3 minutes which i didn't expect and one more thing i like about him is he was not letting any customer wait in store.. Really Appreciable 👏 I wish i would get a employee like him. Really appreciate his service and the only complaint is it was too hot in store when i was in there. I believe their AC is not working hopefully the owner of the store would take my review as granted. Thank you for giving excellent service... See you again guys.

This store people were very helpful and nice. There is one employee Kalyan, helped me very nicely for notary. Filled with details and guide me to how to fill and come for notary and mailing. Always I like to go this store for mailing and notary.

The UPS store did everything within their power to rectify my claim with the contracted company Tforce Freight. They care about their customers satisfaction and understood my frustration with Tforce losing my items. I advise not to do business with Tforce but this UPS store does its best to satisfy and support their customers.

Always friendly and easy to work with. If I know I might need to return something I usually choose this UPS to do so.

Never once did I have any issues at this location. The gentleman at the front desk is always kind and cooperative. I sometimes drop off a bunch of items but he is always patient and helpful. I have been to many UPS stores but this one is the best in customer service.

Very friendly service by the owner & his daughter. I had a package to send and it was handled quickly & courteously. I'll definitely return here again when the need arises! Update: I've been in here several more times to return Amazon packages. I've consistently received friendly, fast service here each time.

I had visited this UPS store which is the closest location to me and is located in my town (Monmouth Junction). It is family operated business literally, the owner’s work is supported by his wife and some times by their cute young daughter (less than 8 ?) “who will ask how can I help you” will melt any one’s heart.

This family team is so focused on customers that they don’t make any customer wait but jump on to service them. Always smiling, have patience in explaining in detail any customer’s query, I have no hesitation in naming them and their store as the “best UPS of all the stores I have visited so far (at least 15 of them

I will go out of my way to drop off my returns and packages because aside from getting your UPS business taken care of, you leave feeling good ! This store is great. I had some gifts that needed to be shipped and Thomas was a great help in getting it all done efficiently. Makes the customer's life so much easier! I would def recommend using this store to anyone going forward!
