Lauren is great. She was so very helpful today when I went in this morning with four boxes. She’s the kind of teammate that makes UPS look good.

Will is the absolute best! He is knowledgeable and extremely helpful! We had to unexpectedly ship our clothes and travel items from New Hampshire to LA, and he was super awesome with helping find the most cost effective way to get it done! Thanks Will for your service!

Stopped into the UPS store confused as all get out with three packages to return with three different set of instructions for each. Will and Mike were fantastic and handled whatever they could and also helped me get clarification on the things that couldn’t go through the UPS drop process. Great employees!

I had to visit the store twice in one week, and both times I went in it was the most pleasant customer service experience I have had in a while. Both times ALL of the employees were kind, personable and super helpful. They made conversation while helping me and going out of their way to make sure I got the best price I could for shipping. Great experience, you are all doing a great job!

Will and Mike are great! I didn’t have a box for my return so I asked to buy a box. But the woman behind me had a box. She offered the box to me. Will taped, labeled and shipped my box within seconds! Ty for the good laugh.

Great staff the team member that was in training was super kind and the one training her was so patient and polite to customers when ever she needed to answer a question for the one in training out standing!!

My first experience here was good. Three people working at the counter, seemed friendly. I dropped off a package and was on my way. I had one important question for them, which was do they print return shipping labels provided (via email) by retailers? The answer is yes, although they told me it costs a couple dollars or so. No big deal. That's an improvement over my experience with the large UPS facility off Exit 5, where they unfortunately do not have a system in place to print your shipping labels for you. For that reason, this will be my go-to location for any UPS services.

Saturday 6/11/2022 1130am. They deserve to be mentioned by name, I feel terrible I cant remember. I got a label online & just went to drop it. The item was a little heavy & fragile if not secure. I started to doubt my packing job So I asked for help or advice to improve it . "Can I un pack it for a better look?", I said yes please do. He packed it back up really fast & far more secure then my attempt. The xtra effort was 100% for my own peace of mind. I appreciate it so much. Not my first package but I was so impressed with the service at this location.

Came in to print some papers I needed out of my email and Tom was extremely helpful and personable. I really appreciated his positive attitude and he is a excellent representative of the company.

I've had items shipped, as well as just packed (with bubble wrap) at this location, and I've never had any issues. The staff are always very friendly and helpful -- special shout out to Vai, who was very helpful and patient when I showed up with a dozen packages and even more questions! 😅

Lauri was amazing. She took care of a bunch of things for me in no time at all - notarizations, scanning, shipping. Such a pleasure to work with! And everyone else there was great too. Thanks!

Wonderful experience. I had to get a last minute document notarized and Lauri was sooooo helpful. Not only did she notarize my paper 10 minutes before closing but she did it with such a pleasant attitude. There was another staff member there but I didn’t get her name who was also very helpful. I will be back!!!

Everyone at this UPS location is always nice and very helpful. Mike helped me today and he was great, but I’ve honestly never had a bad experience with anyone that has helped me.

Have dropped many parcels here, always friendly and capable service. Agents packed up items as well for me for amazon rtn shipment. Never had much of a wait, I find this UPS Store helpful and convenient!

I’ve had these folks lack and ship several different things for me. Always pleasant, always good work. I can’t account for the negative reviews. Now, it IS true that they don’t answer their phone, which IS annoying and a practice they should seriously reconsider. But, aside from that small detail, I really like this place.

Laurie and Will were the best. Especially with the holidays they were helpful, cheerful, and fast! Excellent customer service.
