CVS

This location has sadly gone downhill. Awesome pharmacist that we loved left. She was so helpful with helping us figure out solutions for our daughter.

They are always out of stuff, don’t answer their phone and instead of just traversing to another CVS they make the customer call the doctor back. There has to be a better system for when they are out of prescribed meds. Called the next closest CVS and they were a joy to work with and transferred over the prescription and filled it in 15 minutes.

Find a different pharmacy that actually getting prescriptions fill on time, not 3 weeks later.

Avoid at all costs.

Constantly out of medication, even calling a week before refill doesn’t help, turn over rate extremely high with personal so always someone new working and It’s usually someone who simple doesn’t care. Not a well run pharmacy. Was better before bought out by CVS.
The family had put up with the poor customer service for a long times because we are always in Target and Convenience but m it’s time to move to a more professional Pharmacy,

Constantly understaffed. 25 min long waits to pick up a prescription. 2 people is not enough to keep this location running well when everyone is getting off of work and coming to pick things up. I am going to start using a different location. Their excuse is that minimum wage is too high now…

Horrible.

Constantly understaffed. Most of the staff is rude. 100% wouldn’t recommend. They should shut this location down.
