I'm gonna be honest, I have no idea why the reviews for this place are so low. I've lived in Woodbury all my life, and I've come to this location more times than most of the people with one star reviews. I've never had a bad experience coming here, and now that I'm using the pharmacy here too, it's still consistently good. The cashiers are nice, and the pharmacy people are chill. I don't know what else one could want from these people.

Their pharmacy staff are overworked. They are always giving more than 110%. Yet they try to remain friendly while being helpful and accommodating. I feel like Walgreens under appreciates the amazing job their RX staff does with the unbelievably large volume of prescriptions they process each and everyday on top of answering phones, questions from customers at the counter and customers at the drive through. Plus contacting physicians for refills and verifications. In addition their drive up window sucks and so their employees have to freeze in order to communicate with their drive up customers. It's a shame that they constantly seem overworked here compared to other pharmacies that are also overworked but not to the extent they are overworked here. Kudos to their employees for always working at such high speeds. I can only imagine no matter how hard they work, it must feel like they'll never catch up. If you come and your prescriptions haven't come up to be filled yet, they will expedite your order and fill it as fast as they can.

People, the pharmacy team are doing the best they can. It's not that Walgreens isn't putting enough people on the schedule each day because they're cheap or something— IT'S THAT THEY CAN'T HIRE ENOUGH PEOPLE TO STAFF THE OPEN POSITIONS. If you don't like it, switch to CVS and find out that they are suffering exactly the same thing. Jesus, why won't anyone read a goddamm newspaper once in awhile?

Just 2 got vaccinations from this location today 12/10/2016. Honestly, this was the first time I've ever used Walgreens Pharmacy. Both the service over the phone, and in person was nothing less than exceptional.

I'll be leaving overseas in about a week and so with the holidays, I'm unable to book a quick appointment with my doctor. I found the Walgreens prices for the vaccinations I was looking for on their website (super convenient), and was ready to pay cash in store. I called ahead to ensure this location had the vaccinations I needed, and they did. I was actually personally helped both over the phone and in person by the pharmacist Greg.

I just wanted to personally acknowledge Greg because not only was he super knowledgeable, informative, and most of all patient with me, but seemingly even to the pharmacy staff he worked with (watching him interact with them for about 30 minutes while they got the shots ready).

Have always had a good experience at this location. The pharmacists are friendly, professional and seem to pay particular attention to medications for kiddos.

This location is always busy, so I appreciate all the hard work the staff and general employees do. Some of us appreciate you!

Everybody is always friendly in this location. The line at the pharmacy is always long but they move through it quickly.
