Belk

One of the best Belks I have seen and also the biggest out there. We had great visit and Tara was helpful with the cologne and perfumes section. There are many great sales, promotions and discounts, just keep up with the fashion, trends and styles. The shoe section was huge and pretty much, this is a full size Belk shopping experience

Great store with good selection of items and great sales too.

Customer service was helpful, checking to make sure we found what we needed and helped us download the app for a discount!

I love Belk. Their merchandise is current and diverse with great prices. Even their closeout options are worth exploring. At a time when most of these "anchor" stores are having to close, its great to see that Belk is doing all it can to remain relevant and operational, while still having a wide selection of reasonably priced merchandise. I really enjoy their jewelry selection, (everything from high end to courtesy gift) and I love their fragrance selections. If they don't have my favorite in store they can make arrangements to have it delivered. Belk is what's missing from a lot of malls.

Belk is my favorite department store! I am a plus size woman and I always find lots of clothing options there that are unique and stylish while being surprisingly affordable! And I love the shopping atmosphere...serene with lots of class. I always leave a Belk store feeling like I got a great deal and was a little pampered as well. Love it! Thank you Belk!

I've never visited before this one but in comparison to department stores back my hometown this store is extremely lit up with light. Not one single shadow exists. Otherwise, the tile floors are clean, shiny, and spacious. This store is much much bigger than any other one I've been too. This translates to lots of what customers need in inventory. I'll take that over ordering online. I'll recommend this place as a first visit and shopping

Had never been to Belk's before. Was really surprised by the quality of the store. It seemed to sparkle! Very impressed.

Good selection and service. Got pants for Dad and Christmas outfit for my toddler. Got coupons with app. Clean bathroom. Easy parking.

I really like Belk! They have a huge selection of clothing, the store's lighting is very bright, and the customer service is good. Two ladies, Ruthanne and Laura were super when I was in there yesterday! The prices aren't too bad with sales and clearance, although full price stuff is expensive, but then that's pretty much any department store. Belk is definitely my favorite department store.

Nice store and the customers we spoke to we're also pleasant. We spoke to one lady in shoes and she smiled and spoke back.

Unfortunately they do not carry Greg Norman any longer. With that being said it was a quick visit.

So many department stores are gone, but this Belk store appears to be thriving. It is wonderful to be able to walk through the store and shop in person. Great selection of women's clothing.

This particular Bells is amazing. Was looking for a particular shirt. Two employees in the men's dept. went out of their way to find them for me.

I visited the Valley Mall and I entered through the Belk store entrance as soon as I entered the building a young lady asked how I was doing and greeted me , very friendly and offered assistance in finding anything I was looking for. This is a beautifully decorated store very clean and very well stock prices very reasonable and a majority of things are on sale at this time I proceeded to the perfume counter where I bought a new perfume the the clerk was extra friendly she advised me what to buy and she also gave me premiums to go along with my purchase I really look forward to shopping again at this store and that Christmas time! 😃

This is my go to store, especially when looking for gifts or during back to school shopping time. There are always great deals on name brand items.
