Party City

For balloon buying purposes alone, I give these guys 5 stars. I bought these balloons on 7/23/22 and it is now 9/5/22.

Although the prices are a little high, Party City has rarely failed to have costume elements that I need for building cosplays for my sons to wear when attending Comic Conventions. Nice selection of wits and other details that can be modified to make sure he costumes my sons request.

My wife had a few items to pick up for a small party tomorrow. Myself and the rest of the family stayed in the vehicle. She had parked in the curb side pickup area by mistake. (I was honestly glued to my phone and didn't notice, entirely our fault.)

While my wife was inside shopping a super courteous employee came out and asked if we were here for curbside pickup. I wasn't sure. Then noticed where we are parked. She very kindly offered to let is use the spot for a few minutes, but I moved the vehicle as I was unsure when my wife would be back out.

Overall it was a pleasant interaction. The employee was super nice and we were absolutely in the wrong. Also my wife advised her interaction and shopping experience inside was just as pleasant.

Went to Party City to get items for a grand opening and everyone was incredible! Found everything i wanted and was very pleased with the prices. Ordered balloons and forgot to ask about getting thing that extends their "floatablity" and when i called they were soooo kind and got everything straightened out for me. WONDERFUL employees!!! They all deserve raises =)

Went to Party City to get 2 dozen helium balloons for an even tonight. I was greeted at the door and the staff at the balloon counter was friendly, helpful, and efficient. This is the best Party City store I have ever been to!

Absolutely stellar staff great service. They don't have very much of a selection anymore nowadays.

Went here to get a lot of stuff for our wedding good prices great selection. Very attentive staff. Perfect customer service. If your planning an event make this a must stop you will get most of what you need and at a low price.

Huge selection and well organized. The prices on most items are better than a couple of it's neighboring stores that offer the same or similar products. Staff is extremely helpful and polite.
