Surdyk's Flights

Marcy!!! Holy smokes!! What a Lady!! She is always so friendly and attentive. I get greeted by her every flight I take! I can get my drinks anywhere before my flight but I choose to spend that time having a drink and saying Hello to Marcy!! She is a gem!! Marcy you make my day every time I see you! Thank you Marcy!! You are Loved!!

Marcy my server/bartender was an absolute dream! Very friendly, we had great conversations,
she was knowledgeable about the city, and her music was lovely. Katie and Dee were a joy to interact with as well. All together I had an absolutely fabulous time and would highly recommend!

So I got to the bar by the H gate at MSP. I had a lot of time to spare so I met Marcy the bartender
and Brent the bartender at the bar. What a beautiful person and both bartenders were so friendly and so attentive. The camaraderie was wonderful and the drinks were fabulous!! I’ve seen them before but now I feel like we’re friends and I look forward to seeing them every time I come to MSP!

We had wonderful service from Marcy at the Terminal 2 location! She was a fun bartender to chat with and she got our girls' trip off to a great start! The ABC club sandwich was also delicious.

Lee V was the best! He didn’t pressure us to order off the menu. He gave us one of the best omelets we have ever had! He is a very pleasant person. I appreciated the fact that he tracked me down when I left my debit card! I’ll be back when we fly Sun Country again!

Marcy was AMAZING! She was so fun to talk to and visit with. She was so quick and so empathetic to everyone she was serving. I loved her energy — plus she played some fun music, too.

Amy and Marcy were great. We had thoughtful, genuine, and fun conversations. Take their restaurant recommendations and run with them. A nice airport experience, and perfect tunes!

I had the fresh field greens salad 10/1!!! Highly recommend for salad lovers like me. Marcy was my server great customer service she is amazing!💯💯

I am a people watcher. I watch the cadence, the interaction, the attention to detail, the efficiency and the memory.
i am not a “hey look at me” traveller, I don’t stand out, so when I say that they “remember” me, it’s because they treat every single traveler like they are “regulars”. They give great recommendations…they care.
It is a bonus that they know to ask great qualifying questions, so you get exactly what you want. Well done ladies …well done

Yummy, fresh ingredients - I frequent often and have tried numerous salads, sandwiches, and soup! The portions fill you up, taste delicious, and service is quick. Drinks are great too. Excellent staff as well :)

Marcy took excellent care of us before our flight. Service was quick and made some great suggestions. We would stop and look for her again.

Marcy was fun and served us green wine on Paddies Day. We fancy.

We had an excellent experience at Surdyk’s at the airport, which was a wonderful way to start our vacation. Despite the early hour, Kenny provided exceptional customer service and set the perfect tone for out trip. Highly recommend for anyone traveling!

Amy and Marci are the best! We enjoyed a couple of drinks waiting for a flight and both couldn’t have been nicer. We will surely make a return visit on our way back through 🤗

Marcy is the absolute best!! I always make sure to grab a drink from her before flying back home to Chicago! Very generous pours too ;)

We had a great experience eating and having wine here. Marcy is an engaging person and we loved visiting with her!

For breakfast they had hot coffee and two breakfast sandwich options. The sandwich are made there with real egg, cheese ham or bacon and a ciabatta. They were way better than a microwave version! And the line goes fast because of the limited options. Fast and good!

Marcy was the best and really made our family of 4 feel at home for our short stay! Highly recommend a stop if you’re in T2. We’ll be back!!
