T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I went this morning to get a new phone since my old one was completely destroyed. I ended up getting helped by Darious S. He helped me out through all the process and explain to me about the deals/perks the phones will come with, he was patient enough to help me out with my struggles since I tried to pay with 3 separate payment methods and although I struggled, he was patient enough to work with me, I know he mentioned he was just covering today or making some extra hours, he still did an outstanding job helping me out. Even though it's not he's home store since he works at the Lakeville he still did an outstanding job, after he helped me out, another couple of folks walked in and he greeted them inmidiatley and helped out too.

Roman and Khadar were freaking amazing. They helped answer my questions. I went to 4 locations and none of the workers could solve my issue. Overall awesome team best T-Mobile in the state of MN by far.

I took advantage of the Try Before You Buy Hotspot, offered by T-Mobile, only available on their website. They will loan you a hotspot for 30 days to see if your area is supported by their network. I have a cabin on Lake Namakagon near Cable WI and they recently rented a tower that had been abandoned but still owned by the local phone company. Verizon kind of owned the area as people who had AT&T Had no coverage and are cabin. So, this is a way you can Do your homework and test You're location. The store manager was great to work with and she handed us off to one of the staff and he was awesome in setting up our phones and getting us on our way. I went back in to ask a question a couple days later when there was a staff of 4, all were busy. The store manager Turned to me and acknowledged I was there and let me know she would be with me in a few minutes. This is a sign of a great leader. I use to do that in the restaurant business and people would stay instead of walking out during a busy time. The people in this store gets a 10 in my book and I'm hoping the cell tower service is comparable to Verizon in our cabin country.

Came in later in the evening with a phone that would not make calls. Khadar immediately jumped in to help and walked me through the most common trouble shooting for my phone. When that did not work he called in for further support. He really went to bat and pushed for as much help as he could for me. While the issue could not be fixed in the time before the store closed I know he put in work orders & made sure I would come back in if it was not fixed.

While this was happening Cory was working with other customers as they came in and out. When Khadar was on hold he also supported the other customers that came in.

Both of them were kind and attentive to all that came through the door. I really appreciate the time they put in.

Juan was awesome; great experience!
I was in recently and Juan was extremely helpful and awesome to work with. He noticed that I wasn't feeling very conversational and he didn't make me feel awkward or uncomfortable by continually trying to initiate conversation. Every other time I have been to this T-mobile or a different location I hate it because I am never left alone to shop or able to get in and out without headache due to constant attempts at interaction. I am an introvert and finding an employee like Juan that respects personal boundaries and picks up on the feelings of a customer truly made my month. Needless to say, I will be back to this location for Juan the next time I need to go in-store.

Omgosh! Zay and Khadar was so awesome! I came back for an return/exchange within the 14 days because I wasn’t happy with the regular 13, so they did all they could to give me different options on the 13pro. (I just don’t like small phones, and the pro was more my style) I love my new 13pro it’s super dope. The services was fast! Shoutout to Evan he helped me the first time when I purchased the regular 13, he was great too! This store has some outstanding team members with awesome customer services. I’ll be back to this location again!

My daughter and I went into T Mobile at this location today. We only went for a screen protector replacement, but toyed with the idea of other things. Paige was our associate. She was awesome! She was knowledgeable and patient. We ended up getting a jbl speaker, but needed one more. She went the extra mile and called another store and had them reserve one for us. I love above and beyond customer service with a smile. Someone give that girl a raise, or a bonus, or something!!!!

After having horrible service yesterday at the T-mobile off of Penn Ave. and American Blvd. In Bloomington I decided to stop in at this stores location in order to see if they could help me with my phones issues. I was greeted by a gentleman this morning named Dexter whom guided me in the right direction to getting my phone fixed (I had to bring it into the Apple store due to having a home button that would not respond.) I stopped back in later this evening and Dexter was still working. He had helped me warranty out my screen protector and install the new one now that my phone was fixed all while being extremely friendly and professional. Credit should be given where credit is due. This man was by far one of the best employees I have ever dealt with at a Tmobile store and I have been with their service for the past 10+ years now. I would highly recommend this location due to this. The manager on call was also very kind and helpful. I believe his name was Mike. 5 stars for these two guys service point blank period.

The staff was professional and was not a high pressure sales environment. Product knowledge of the phone, watch, and service I purchased was outstanding. Every question I had was answered. I've been a t-mobile customer for our over 13 years and this was by far the best experience with the company I've ever had, mostly due to the Professional salesmanship of Ben Stickney. Thanks guys!!!

Juan and Shay were very patient with me, even though they had to re-explain many times. Also note that this location was crazy-busy the three times I was in over Christmas, but they kept their cool even though customers were very impatient (including me)! I would highly recommend these guys and wish them the best—-it is comforting to know that I can trust these experts to give me the best deal and answer all my questions thoroughly and honestly! Thank you!!!

Been with Verizon for ten years. Any store experience has been beyond bad. Went to this TMobile and they were insanely helpful. Was there for GF. Wasn't expecting to switch to T-Mobile with a new phone. Awesome.

Very pleasant experience. Juan was extremely nice and didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience even tho it was closing time. It was my first time at this location and I will definitely be returning!
