I never knew all Home Depots don't carry the "Same Items, with the Same Pricing"...

I'm giving this location 5-Stars because this is the only location that had the same items I saw at a different Home Depot, but for lower prices.

Plumbers Tape at this location was on sale "5pk for $2.36", another Home Depot location had it for "5pk for $4.89", and said they could not honor the same pricing, and that I would have to go back to the location I found the deal at... So instead, I found the same quality Plumbers Tape at the $0.99 Only store for "3pk for $0.99".

I'd like to first start by saying that the employees here in the manager are top-notch people down to earth and more than professional, they are real! I came in here to buy a tool which had a Time Factor on the purchase even though I was about 10% short of the total funds necessary assistant manager came and after hearing the situation went ahead and allowed me to proceed with the purchase so that I can get this job done safely and accurately with the right tools for the right job you can't get that kind of service anywhere else!!!

I've never had a problem here. It's a nice clean store, the employees are never to hard to find (you know it will always difficult because these stores are so large) and it's never that crowded. Currently the employees seem to be following state mandates, with masks social distancing and other precautions.

The man in the caulk and grout section was amazing. I didn't catch his name, but he helped me with all of my home improvement questions and helped me look for the granite sealer I needed (not in his section).

Johnathan in hardware was very helpful. In a great mood to help, that puts me in a good mood to get my Jon done.

Jill is so amazing at always helping me find the parts in need and willing to go above and beyond to get the tools and material needed!

I was faced with an unusual predicament because of having my transmission go out while towing an 8'x24' flatbed trailer just before the downgrade into Las Vegas.

After waiting for 18 hrs to get a tow truck that could handle towing my 1-ton dually, I then had to gamble on what shop would complete the repairs while I finished my trip to Cody Wyoming.

That presented a much bigger problem than I had expected. After speaking with Enterprise, Avis, and Budget, among others, I discovered that every one of the major rental agencies wouldn't rent or couldn't rent for one reason or another.

My girlfriend said we should call The Home Depot because they rent flatbed Ford F250 trucks that have a towing hitch in the rear, which of course was needed to tow my trailer. That could only happen after first retrieving my trailer that had been left on a frontage road off of Hwy 58.

Home Depot not only had the right truck that could tow my 10k trailer to Cody Wyoming.
1) A flat rate per day or a weekly rental rate that was better than all the rest.
2) Enough space in the bed to transfer all of my belongings from my truck.
3) No millage charges which no other rental agency could match.
4) Then for whatever reason none of the rental agencies would allow me to rent without a credit card being used. Debit cards were frowned upon except for The Home Depot.

They were fine with me using a debit card and didn't charge me even 1 cent of the 2000+ miles round trip that was traveled. The rental process was fast and simple to understand. Upon my return, after I had finished my task, I returned the truck with the same ease as I experienced when I had initially rented it a week earlier.

Overall my total experience was fantastic, with the process being easy, efficient, and the most cost-effective when compared to every other national rental agency.

So if you need a pickup truck, a cargo van, a box truck, or a specialty commercial vehicle call The Home Depot. They also have a complete tool rental section to help the contractor complete a job that requires a specialty tool, or the do-it-yourself homeowner complete that weekend project.

One very satisfied and pleasantly surprised customer.

The assistant manager on 5/30/23 between 10am and 11 was soooo helpful, friendly and efficient. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she was wonderful and I wish you had more like her working at Home Depot. I have been a customer of Home Depot for years and will continue because of people like her. What a great employee you have in her. What a joy it was to shop today because of her.

Home Depot is great employees are friendly and knowledgeable!!!! I hate coming to Home Depot cuz my wallet is empty when I leave. Lol

Deborah in the gardening department was friendly, assistive and had a great attitude. I’ve been to this location a few times but always ran into associates who lacked customer service and didn’t even care to greet customers. Deborah was amazing and should definitely do the training on how to interact with customers. Thank you Deborah! 5 stars for your incredible smile, attitude and wonderful shopping experience!

Bill in flooring went above and beyond to get me the final trim for my bathroom remodel. Bill is truly a five star employee and a stand out in a world of mediocre workers.

The manager of building supplies helped me with the list my boss gave me. Rock was his name.

I had the best advice on what color and choice of paint to buy for my interior. Dayna Angelo is the Only one I will ever see at the Pecos store. This girl is awesome and amazing in EVERYTHING PAINT. LOVE HER ❤ AND TRUST HER JUDGMENT ON ALL THINGS PAINT. HOME DEPO IS BLESSED TO HAVE SUCH AN EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE ✨ 💓. THANK YOU FOR TURNING A 🏠 INTO MY DREAM 🏡 .

Had to return some items and didn't get there til 9:59pm. Luckily the dude who helped me return my items in exchange for a gift card was chill as hell. If I were in his position, I would've told me "you walk through our doors 1 min before we close? FOAD & GTFO!" lol

Bev in the appliance section went out of her way to really make sure my husband and I understood everything. As first-time homeowners, we needed everything and had no idea where to start. We are so glad that we ran into someone like Bev. We moved to another side of town but I am willing to make the drive for her customer service.

They were so helpful. Juan in the paint department knows what he's talking about. Wonderful man. I got everything I needed to paint my house. I've been going to home depot for over 35yrs. They always help me find what I need even if they have to call another Home depot to get it for me. I only use them for my home shopping needs.

Love them, although it's hard to find help. I bought a huge Mum plant and it's still beautiful ❤
