I went in to the att store looking for help because my phone was randomly shutting off on me and Issac completely saved my day! He was very attentive and answered all my questions. He helped me get a new phone with very little cost to me. Saved me so much money! I would highly recommend going to see him for anything you need! He's a fantastic employee at at&t!

My wife and I needed to add my brother to our plan. We went to the Richmond Indiana location. We was greeted by the door opening for us by gentleman named Kenton.
He was kind, respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable. We were in and out with a new phone for my brother in 35 mins!
No hassles no problems!!! Thanks for looking out for us when he had an urgent situation to take care of!

Great customer service from a young man named Nate. I asked about switching carriers and it's looking like I just might try AT&T. His supervisor Vinny was also very warm and friendly as well.

Kenton was outstanding today. We are not to familiar with phones and wireless internet but he was fantastic. Very professional and friendly. I’ve had some not so good contacts in this store but ask Kenton you will be satisfied. They are lucky to have him

I was help in deciding which new IPhone to buy and got me set up with AT&T cellar. I am so Thankful!

Nate helped me find everything I needed when I was in a rush! He introduced me to his manager Vinny who also helped get me in and out when I was in a jam.

Ronnie at the store and Rachel are very excellent and outstanding employees. They helped me with everything I needed and did it in a timely manner really really quickly and resolve my issue. My problem isn't with the store it's with the number that I was gave. I keep getting spam messages from whoever had this phone before whose name was Jon. I would love For AT&T to do something about this matter and to get that Resolved As Soon As Possible

We contacted the AT&T store ahead of our visit, and Kenton Shearer, the Store Manager, offered to prepare a quote for us. Upon arrival, we went through the quote, and were provided great details for the services and values that AT&T had to offer. Ultimately we switched carriers because of Kenton’s extra-mile efforts. The store was extremely busy, but Kenton handled our new account with care, while juggling the store traffic. We even decided to upgrade our phones and add an account for our son, because of the value and great customer service. We are grateful for Kenton's expertise and look forward to a long lasting relationship with AT&T.

Fantastic service, customer service did everything for me, while showing me how to do data transfers myself for the next time. Number transfer was handled quickly on their end. I really appreciate them being open on Easter Saturday as well.

Friendly staff that helped get what we needed. Clean atmosphere in the store.

I moved my cell phone carrier from AT&T to wing only to find out that the service wasn’t what I expected. When I cancelled my Wing service and tried to port my number back over they told me to go into the store to do what was called a winback. When I got to the store the store manager Gregg told me they couldn’t do a winback in their store but he would do everything to help me out. He stayed past his normal time and made calls on his personal phone to get me in touch with the right people but unfortunately couldn’t get it worked out that day. Over the course of the next three days I kept going back and forth between AT&T and wing in order to get my number back. Luckily Gregg was with me every step of the way and helped me out each time I called the store because he was the only person who would give me any information. Today I called him and he knew exactly who I was and told me if I came in he could finally help me out since Wing had released my number. I went in and he got me all set up and I walked out with cell phone service at last. Very personable, very respectful and overall a great man to work with. Thank you so much for all your help!
