The cashier was excellent and helped me get reset up with my CVS customer care account. She was warm and friendly! She is a keeper!!! Her name was Cindy.

I GET MY MEDICATION FROM HERE FOR MORE THAN 5 YEARS NOW THIS CVS IS GREAT TO SHOP AT AND MEDICATION REFILLS OR TO FILL 👍👍!

Great store. Friendly associates. Terrific managers. Heather and Isabel. Very clean and inviting

The cashier was so helpful and and the both manager Romel and Joel was nice and helpful too. And i love to shop in this store because store is so clean.

Save yourself the trouble do not go into this particular CVS! If you don’t heed my warning, at least avoid the shift manager Sam. 11/1/23 my daughter and I went into CVS at 9:52pm. Yes, I’m aware that they were closing at 10:00pm. Quickly grabbed 3 items. At 9:58pm a store worker came over to ask if we need help with anything I said no thank you. When he proceeded to say that we close in 2 minutes. OK we’re heading up in just a second. Got up to the register to check out right as I scanned my card, I realize none of my coupons had applied. I had asked if any coupons applied he said no I said OK well hang on. I proceeded to at pull my app up and for some reason I had gotten logged out and I wasn’t able to sign back in. I said well let’s just go with my phone number. It should be connected to my phone number because the coupons are affiliated with my phone number, correct? He said yes. I said ok great. He glared at me for afew seconds, & then he proceeded to tell me that I could go get my coupons and pointed to the coupon printer behind us But you can come back tomorrow to do that. What? I asked are you serious? He replied yes, the only thing he could do was do a return & re-ring me up I said OK let’s do it so now here we’ve already wasted a few minutes of time with the back-and-forth and he looked at me w/ a rude passive aggressive tone said are we really gonna do this at 10:02 PM? I said yes I’m here. I came in here for these specific items to use my coupons before the store closed because they’re gonna expire so yes please let’s do the return re-ring me up. He started to get more aggressive, more rude and I asked him are you joking right now he’s like no I’m not we’re already closed. Excuse me sir but I came in here before you guys were closed. I was up here at the register before you were closed you tracked me down in the store to let me know we had two minutes before closing. I was up here before the store was technically closed as you were ringing me up you decided to tell me that the computers are gonna get turned off and the lights are going to turn off which is not the case. That’s just some bs they tell you to try to scare you for some reason which is ridiculous. I’m a grown adult and I know better I’m not naïve or gullible. I’m a lot older than what I look. Regardless, it shouldn’t have anything to do with my age you should treat everybody equally. So I asked to speak with store manager and he said I’m the manager I said you’ve gotta be kidding me is there somebody else I can talk to? Not here tonight he told me I can call in the morning I said OK cool just return my stuff. He never gave me a receipt. I asked one of the other employees that were stocking the shelves. If there was somebody else I can talk to? This poor person was in such a panic. Stumbling over her words telling me he’s the manager right now, so whatever he says must be right. 🤦‍♀ ok thank you. I said this is absolutely asinine. I cannot believe how rude you are being you’re acting like I came in here right as you were closing and asked you to open the grill back up and make me an entire meal. I’m asking you to take one minute to return my items and re-ring me up we spent more time going back-and-forth. I am making sure to contact the store manager I’ve already spoke with the shift manager on today. I will be speaking to the store manager, as well as corporate not only was this person, rude, passive aggressive, presumptuous, & obnoxious. He never gave me a receipt to prove that he returned my items . It’s all on film, so they can watch the video and listen to their so-called shift manager treat people like dirt. I clearly made the drive over to the store that was still open bc most CVS close at 9. I didn’t go to my local CVS. I came from another area and this is what I get for coming in for three items because I wanted to use my coupons before the expired. I went to their competitor down the road and spent less money. “Sam” you should either get some training or maybe not take a job in Customer Service because it’s just not your forte.

Will never go back to this pharmacy. They are very rude. I am transferring all my prescriptions. I have been with them for many years. No more. Definitely do not recommend this pharmacy

I have been with CVS off and on for many years. I have always liked their pharmacists and employees very much. Unfortunately, I have been going to the CVS on 7498 Haggerty Rd, West Bloomfield MI, 48322 for about a month now. Never have I had to deal with the rudeness they deliver. I've called a few times now for refills on my medications and each time they have been rude. I only switched over to this store because the one I was going to closed. This has been ridiculous and whatever problems they are having are not my fault, although they seem to think that it is. If they weren't so rude about how they deal with the issues, I may have been more inclined to do more on my part. I believe that I'm going to have to go back to Rite Aid so as not to be treated that way any longer.

This pharmacy is horrible. They have zero customer assistance and don’t even make an attempt to help.

I tried to get a vacation override and they refused to call my insurance company. They said they don’t do that. I spent 2 hours on the phone with the insurance carrier to get it released.

I will not step in there again. Avoid this place like the plague, and if you do get the plague don’t expect this CVS to get you a prescription!!!

WORST SERVICE AT THE PHARMACY. THEY HAD A PHARMACIST AND SHE WAS VERY YOUNG WITH BLACK HAIR! WHEN I WAS GOING SHE WAS JUST AWFUL 😖 I HAVE SINCE PULLED MY SCRIPTS AND EVERYONE IN MY HOUSE SCRIPTS OUT! WE GO SOMEWHERE WE ARE APPRECIATED!

The two women at the pharmacy were so busy that they were unable to actually assist me at the drive through even though I had a scheduled PCR test. They gave me the self test and said put it in the bin when you are done with no further instruction. I'm not sure if the test was even done correctly. I used the website, scheduled an appointment and was treated like an inconvenience. Don't waste my time by offering a service if you can't provide it.

This CVS has a low rating because of their poor customer service that has nothing to do with COVID and being short staffed. They are just rude! They will walk by you multiple times, look you in the face and won’t open up their mouths to say “one moment “ or “someone will be with you in a moment “.They lie on the phone and you drive all the way there for nothing! I called yesterday and the pharmacist stated she saw the error and told me to bring the medication back. Today the tech states she doesn’t see the error and I got what my doctor ordered…….a stronger dose! Walgreens across the street is so busy and I know why now. Huge mistake transferring to this CVS.

Just felt the need to echo some of the other reviews here. The pharmacy staff (with the exception of a male technician I see occasionally on the weekend) have absolutely zero customer service skills. The older lady there is completely incompetent and has messed up my prescription multiple times, entering it in as a 30-day supply instead of a 10-day supply and not allowing me to get refills. Having now to do the same run around with my doctor and health insurance that I just went through 2 weeks ago to clear up the confusion. This is the closest and most convenient location for me, but I'm done after this last refill.
