I purchased a Galaxy S24 Ultra over the phone . When I received the phone I called the AT&T on First Ave and asked if they can transfer my info from my old phone to the new one and complete the trade in. When I arrived Josh waited on me and said it would take 45 minutes to complete. Said to run errands and come back. When I returned he handed me both phones and said it is ready to go, but to come back later to to do the trade in. When I got home and tried to make a call, it said I had no network. I call Josh and was told to return to the store. Josh refused to come out of the backroom to wait on me. Olivia got my new phone working but could not do the trade in and told me I would have to go to another store. It was so unprofessional and do not recommend service there.

The staff was very helpful in solving my issue, which was incredibly frustrating. They were patient and diligent. The issue was resolved before we left the store.

Hands down the best customer service, I have ever had. We don't live in Indiana and my daughters phone quit working. We stopped in a spoke with Dylan who was able to help us get a new one ordered asap. Great job!

I had the pleasure of working with an AT&T representative today and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly and professional demeanor, and was pleasantly surprised when I was approached and helped in under 5 minutes. The representative, bre, was highly knowledgeable, and was able to quickly and efficiently resolve my issues. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received. I would highly recommend AT&T to anyone in need of reliable and efficient service. I was on the verge of cancelling my service because att is constantly pulling charges out of nowhere and jacking my bill up. I called 2 different times and tried to get the worker to fix my bill. The first time the worker said he’d fix it. He didn’t. I called back another time and she just gave me the run around. I ended up hanging up because I was so frustrated. Then I talked to Sarah Feese and she is the ONLY reason I still have att. She fixed my bill, listened to me, and made me feel heard. Next time, just send me Sarah Feese. She’s the only one that listens.

Greetings,

I was in the store the night "Isaac Tucker" rated 1 star for his service and he was acting irate and hostile. He entered the store inquiring about his bill, which he was talking with someone else about via phone while the representative was aiding another customer. After the representative could aid him, he immediately began talking down to them (pretty sure somewhere in my business courses, I learned excessive aggression [even verbal and by the customer] is considered workplace violence). Isaac demanded to know what the number was, and the representative notified him it was his watch's number. Isaac then wanted to return the watch because he was not able to use his number sync or its line, one. The employee notified him that he was outside the buyer's remorse period to return the device so they could not return it in-store. He got irate and began blaming the rep for company policy she had no input in creating and blaming her for not disobeying company policy. Seeing the customer was getting more irate and the situation was not going to be de-escalated because he was all but cussing the representative, the representative asked him to leave her store. It is like Isaac could not comprehend that someone only 3 levels up in the company had no part in designing a policy that was decided by upper management for the entire company. Also, it seems the customer cannot comprehend that disobeying company policies get employees write-ups and terminations (or he was too selfish to care). He said he would be back tomorrow to speak with the store's manager, and the representative calmly stated she is the manager for that location. The customer called her a liar, at which point (me knowing she is the store manager) said to the customer that she is the store manager. After which the customer got belligerent with me. Isaac continued fussing and cussing until I lost my cool and used explicit language to tell him to leave. Any other company would take down Isaac's review for abusive treatment of their employees, and highly ethical companies would not provide him service any longer. While it is expected for representatives to remain calm and provide superior service for customers (which this rep attempts with every interaction I have ever witnessed), customers should also respect company representatives and understand they are not responsible for organizational policies, and lying about the representative and speaking aggressively will not help the situation and is at times a crime. When customers act like Isaac, then post like it is the store's fault, it misleads potential customers and drives down the quality of the Google reviewing system. Also, it would be very helpful if Google would allow raters to leave comments with their reports because they have no selection for reporting false reports such as Isaac Tucker's. I hate that representatives are treated with such contempt by customers, and I also hate that another customer (excluding myself) witnessed the customer's hostility and my own outburst when Isaac turned against me for merely informing him. If you have a customer verbally assaulting other customers, that is bad for business and not the fault of the company or its representatives. I gave the store 5 stars, not because of the service I received, but because of the representative's ability to calmly and professionally handle the situation.

Cameron was probably the best rep I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. He was knowledgeable, personable and was genuinely trying to help in a quick but efficient manner. He listened patiently to my concerns and questions, answering all of them. His coworker also came to help, talking about my questions and was very helpful as well. I will ALWAYS go to this store from now on. Northside location rocks!!

I just upgraded my wifes phone for her. Shes been staying at home because of the pandemic for six weeks and shes had her Note 8 for two years. So i thought Id get her a new one to cheer her up. Gage the proffesional at the store who helped me was unbelievable. He was extremely knowledgeable and the friendliest associate I have ever dealt with. His cohort Taylor who also chipped in was equally so. Solely based on these twos knowledge, sincerity and willingness to help no matter how many questions I had, I will never go any where else for any wireless service concerns I have. They are a huge asset to this store. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

I have been a customer of AT&T for 15 years as well as a stockholder. We had been recently going over on our data causing us to have to purchase additional gigs. When I called customer service and explained my situation, the representative told me that I could increase the data to 9 gigs at a cheaper price. I was very happy with this news. Yesterday I got notification that we were at 75% of our 5 gig data. This upset me because I thought we had 9 gigs. Today I stopped by the 1st Avenue store in Evansville and explained my situation to the manager Chris. He was very understanding and said could take care of the problem. He quickly checked my account and discovered that the new plan had not been activated. He immediately activated the new plan for 9 gigs. He then showed me what my new bill would be approximately every month. He was very efficient and wanted to take care of my needs. He is a definite asset to your company and if in the future if I need any assistance, I will go to him. Thank you.
