Too Cool Store

Very friendly and experienced staff. Prices are AT LEAST HALF of what you see at anime convention. Mostly plushies, statues, and gunplua / model mech kits.

Very friendly owner. Prices are actually pretty fair despite being in a mall. Theres another store that sells similar figurines for twice the price of this shop. Def come here for Pokemon merch as well. Can't thank owner enough for having a digimon figurine in stock so that I'd have the perfect Christmas gift for my bf.

This is the store for the young adults that are into collect animals dolls. And other collect other . Pretty cool place to goits got it all for them.

Who doesn't love the anime store? The space is small and tightly packed but they always have a great selection of weeb stuff for the Japanamaniac in your life. Plus, in my experience, it's the best store in the mall to get sheets of stickers.

My daughters love this store they have cool anime stuff like back packs and stuffed animals.
They carry hello kitty, Pokémon, my hero academia and much more. They also have Asian snacks like Poki and yam yam you find cool pens and so much more. This is the one we bought today 😋

My friend and I walked in here and were greeted immediately upon arrival. These workers are super friendly and polite. I really like when I come into a store and feel good energy from the workers. Makes me feel more at ease.

I love this store! They always have cute japanese inspired things- from fun pens to anime figurines. I never leave this store empty handed. One thing I don't like is that its little expensive, but im sure almost everything in the store is coming from across the ocean so i don't blame them.

We went to the store to buy anything Pokemon for my son's birthday. We found more than what we were looking for and decently priced. I have gone here before in the past as well for anime things myself. My only regret was that I couldn't take all the things I wanted to buy back with me to Texas. Honestly, if this was by me, I'd be a shopaholic. I gave this place a very well deserved 5 stars!

they played the animal crossing theme the whole time we were in the store. 10/10 will return

Great place for people who love Pokémon, multiple different anime shows (BNHA, Naruto, Bleach, DBZ, etc), BTS merchandise and many different types of candies and snacks! The items can get a bit pricey, but all in all I believe the price is worth it.

I went into this Too Cool the other day and saw 3 of the staff being mistreated by a few customers. They were trying to calmly explain the issue to the customers who wouldn't listen to their explanation.
Mall retailers have very strict pricing they need to follow and can be reprimanded or even written up for changing prices for a mis-sticker or a customers switching the sticker prices.
As a manager at a normal retail store I could slightly understand why there was confusion on the customers end. However, being manager at another retailer I understand the struggle to enforce policy with customers without them being upset.
These employees did an amazing job enforcing their store policy in a polite and professional manner and then proceeded to continue to help and assist all the other customers that were in the store at the time of the incident.
The lovely woman I talked with and the two gentlemen who were working answered all my questions about some of the model building kits and some of the other figures in the store.
I can't emphasize enough how amazing the staff handled enforcing their policy while also making sure all the other customers were taken care of.

About a month ago I saw three men being harrased by an angry black lady because she didn't get her 5% furry discount but she doesn't understand that she has to wear a furry costume.

Side note: me and my furry girlfriend went to the secret back room behind the bootleg legend of Zelda accessories (you gotta ask to get there) and let me just say their fox costume is *Italian kiss sound* the best quality I have ever seen.

This is such an awesome store. It seems to have everything the location in Orland Park does not have. I bought a Miku Hatsune shirt while visiting the store with my friend and saw someone wearing the same shirt when I went to Anime Central that May. If I lived closer, I would come here every day. It is an anime lover’s paradise here.

When we went i saw attack on titan, yuri on ice, gundam, dragon ball z, my hero academia, sailor moon, Tokyo ghoul, bleach, black pink, Hello kitty, and tons of ty plushiesssss!

They are extremely helpful and have many different kinds of anime characters and memorabilia. I will take my son back here soon.

nice store! it has cute music and a cute aesthetic that put me in a good mood. they have lots of Anime items, delicious candy, cute stationary, cute stuffed animals and other cute and vibrant things.

I usually buy my Lucky stars from Yorktown, but I'm so glad the TooCool here started stocking them too! Its closer and they sell in the 1000 packs instead of 48 or 100.

I thought this store was terrible till I saw the great selection of fursuits. You just gotta ask to see the secret back room. Then you'll see the finest selection of fursuits ive ever seen. 5% discount if you're a furry! Great place will buy from again.

Absolutely love this store I've been shopping here since middle school I go here Everytime I go to the mall. The staff has always been friendly and it has an amazing stock of anime decor and DVDs as well as delicious Japanese candy and soda ❤
