I have been a happy customer of Worldpoint for a long time now. I appreciate the excellent customer service and their prompt replies to queries. I once received the wrong item and they made sure to expedite shipping the correct item so that I could have it in time for the training I was conducting. When I have trainees who need AHA manuals or other training and rescue supplies/materials/equipment, I happily refer them to Worldpoint because I am confident that they will receive the same exceptional service that I get.

Horrible return policy. Cost me 65 dollars to refuse delivery and return something. That's the only money they're getting from me, that's for sure.
