Rundown

If there’s a store I’m going to work with it’s Rundown Hartford. I have worked with them since 2022 and the guys that run that shop are nothing but courteous and professional. They have customer interest at heart and value the people who walk through the door.

Their strength I feel is there ability to be able to maintain social awareness and client satisfaction. For example, I sold a pair of brand new cement 3s this past weekend. I patiently waited my turn to work with someone and I was spoken to kindly and professionally, definitely in a manner that made me want to come back.

Again, I definitely recommend you bring your business to this establishment and have faith in their team and business model.

Really enjoyed my experience at this store. Omar had a bunch of swag and decided to pass his sense of style along to me which was much appreciated. Jazz was wonderful when checking out. You can tell that they are very knowledgable in all of the products. I will certainly be visiting this store regularly!

Best sneaker store in the area. Usually shop at the Bridgeport location but decided to take a trip to Hartford to see the new store. Staff was helpful and insightful and I was able to grab a few shoes I was looking for. Definitely will continue to shop here.

Honestly, no other shop around like this one right here. The inventory really goes crazy with every hot item you can think of on the market. The customer service truly tops it off. Everybody is so well informed and helpful. Definitely a place I will continuously go back to.
