Outstanding customer service! I stopped by to see if they carried replacement coils (unfortunately they didn't have any for my specific setup *in stock) however, Sierra went above and beyond by rebuilding my prebuilt deck. I highly recommend checking out this location if your in the area! Quality products and reasonable prices!

Man I never write reviews for any reason, but lemme tell ya, I couldn't be happier with this place. When it comes to vaping i had no idea what i was doing. Kenny behind the counter at 2 different locations, set me up with a piece im gonna have for a long time. Really helpful, had a build goin for me quick and easy, knowledgable, in-depth explanations, Man, whoever is reading this, if you are wondering about whether or not you should go to this store, go to this store. I left a 20% tip because I didn't see the option to give him more, and give em 5 stars because i couldn't give em 6

Very awesome with help they get anything you need for cheap

This is the second location we visited this past month. Both locations are extremely helpful with getting us exactly what we needed. This location is closer to our house. The store is very clean and organized. I told them I liked berries and menthol, they suggested XXX and Chill. It's a strawberry and menthol. It is wonderful! This is the second bottle I have purchased of that particular flavor. Would most definitely recommend! Love that they offer customer rewards and veteran's discount.

Friendly staff that treats you like family. They honestly do everything they possibly can to make every purchase feel like the first and only sale. Ive been to almost every location and honestly the customer service gets better each time. Great place to kick the cigarette addiction. Thank you kickn my habit!

The guys in there are extremely helpful and patient. My husband took about 1.5 hours of their time today asking questions. They had answers for everyone of them and explained everything to him. Then they even helped him set up his new vape and made sure he understood everything. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Staff is great. Very friendly and paitient with a newbie like me. Plus the girl behind the counter was super cute lol. I window shopped at some other places but this is where I voted with my dollar.
