Advance Auto Parts

This is by far the best auto store I’ve ever been in! This store consistently meets and exceeds my expectations, every time I have a need or a question. The staff is absolutely amazing, specifically Jose and Payten! Whoever is managing this store truly knows what they are doing! If there were a 6th star to choose from on this review, they would get it from me. Thank you so much for being such an awesome store.

I am so impressed with the service that I just received from Jose. I had a bad battery and a terminal end that was bad. He swapped out the battery and even replaced that bad terminal for me at no charge. This saved me a trip from having to go to Walmart to get the terminal replaced. Jose did a GREAT job and from this point forward I will make Advance Auto Parts my first stop for my auto part needs.

Had the absolute pleasure of being helped by a young lady named Brooke. She was knowledgeable and fast at finding what we needed. Definitely recommend seeing her if you need parts!!! Wish there were more like her working there.

I really enjoyed my experience in Hazel Green. The store was really organized & clean. The staff was really polite & helpful in finding the right part for my truck. David & Charles went out of their way to help me find my part when the other store in town acted like they didn’t want to help me.

Jose is the best there. Thank you Sir for your knowledge and knowing what you are talking about. I recommend this place but go see Jose he keeps that place up and running. Awesome customer service.

Always helpful staff and a clean, organized store. Paired with the online ordering and in-store return option, there isn't much you can't find.

Good place to stop for your automobile needs. I definitely will be doing more business here in future. They also need some paper funnels for oil/transmission fluid or offer some assistance to get help applying these fluids to your vehicle.
(Grateful I had plasticfunnel in my trunk. ) The guy looked at me crazy when I asked for funnel. Then fumbled looking for one, I said thanks I have one in my trunk.
It's good now I know what kind of service to expect.

I come here to stock up on my car cleaning supplies routinely throughout the year and I usually find that they have ample stock of everything I need. Often times they are running sales on a lot of products which save me money, and who doesn't like that. I recently also bought wiper blades and as is typical for Advance, they offered to install them for free, but I declined the offer as I like to do my own maintenance. I think it is nice that they have the ability to offer to install certain items for people that don't have the ability to do it on their own without charging fees like a dealership would charge to perform the same work.

Kenneth and his crew are always helpful. They take the time to answer all of our questions and get you exactly what you need.

I needed a battery for my Camry and had no idea where to start, Chilli recommended a great battery with great warranty for me and she even installed it for me which helped me out a lot. Thank you !!!

Went looking for some parts for my truck that no one else seemed to be able to find. I talked to this fella Nathan he helped me find what I needed and sold me on some other thing to. I highly recommend this store. Nathan you rock keep up the good work.

Outstanding! We had windshield wipers that refused to move. They checked the wipers and the fuse. They even read the trucks manual to look for other possible problems.

Would definitely stop there again.

Very helpful staff! I’ve been in there several times recently to get items for my 18 yr olds car and they always greet me and help me get what I need. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
