Clean store, lots of parking. Little Vape shop next door had EXCELLENT food

Very clean and maintained. Big parking lot. The employees were all friendly and on point. Nice restrooms and clean. Drivers lounge with is a big plus. And Subway was clean and employees helpful. Been coming for years and they are still going a good job here

Great staff, went the extra mile to help me remedy an issue with a purchase I had made at another Pilot store. Thank you very much.

Nice truck stop, big PARKING lot, CAT scale, there's a bar-b-que truck that usually there. Right next to it is a trade/ antique/fruit store directly next door with great prices the peaches were amazing, and the hand held peach pocket was fresh cooked that day, everything local, and the owners are so friendly. The gentleman lives there and there was a TV and some chairs and a sofa set up when you walk in the door right next to the peaches and the tomatoes and he invited us to sit down with him and as he said his living room to watch the DNC and we enjoy a good conversation stop by really a nice little place to come by he told us that he loves truck drivers coming in just to conversate with

Great place to park late at night. Always parking spots available. T.V room upstairs. Showers are always clean. No food bar but they do have Subway inside.

Super clean station and Subway restaurant. The service was great and I appreciate how clean the restrooms and general areas were kept. I'm a picky eater and the Subway people were courteous and made some great sandwiches.

Did a 34 hour reset here. Nice views of the mountains. Plenty of parking. Pretty nice truckstop and it has Subway inside. Wouldn't mind coming back here again.

Parking spots are little bit wider than usual truck stops.

Friendly, clean, great variety off snacks & gifts, great place to rest, shower, play lottery, or catch pokemon on pokemon go app, feed the stray 🐈 idk it's just a colm Friendly area! I'd most definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out.

Staff here is very kind ,..HEATHER WAS THE BEST ,..I was suffering from allergies and I only had 3 $ on me . She paid the rest so I could get the medicine . Thanks Heather, your awesome great 👌 👍

When we travel this is one of our stops. The bathroom area is always nice and clean. There is a subway connected to it. I also love the selection of adult biblical coloring books 😁

Tremendous personnel at this location. I had an issue with a Truck and Penny and Sheila and both went above and beyond to help. They went out of their way on something that wasn't really their responsibility and did me a favor out of kindness. They both were very polite and helpful on the phone and exhibited excellent 5 star customer service skills that any business would be proud of. I have already told 5 people in the area how helpful they were. I have encountered less helpful and accommodating people at a 4 or 5 star hotel, let alone a truck stop. Sometimes people restore your faith in humanity and this was one of those occasions. 10 stars.

Excellent store. Very clean bathrooms and the fountain area was spotless. It's one of my favorite places to stop for coffee. My only complaint is that their fuel prices are ten to fifteen cents higher than most places.

Very clean nice staff. Good deals on drinks and snacks. We took the time to have some fun and do a few scratch off tickets. Won some lost some but had fun. Always stop here on our way home to bham from Chattanooga.

Great location if you need to fuel up, the restrooms were very clean. They had a nice selection of hot food available. The coffee was hot at the time of my visit. The associated working were friendly and were quick to assist me when I asked for help in finding an item.
