The UPS Store

Ms. Selena was a wonderful helper today, we had a problem with our TV and shipping it back. Today with Ms. Selena we had to do plenty of measurements, taping and re-taping, but while that was all happening Ms. Selena stayed focus and worked with us, doing it whatever she had to do to make sure we got our TV shipped back to the company. While we were working everything out, Ms. Selena started to understand our problem and everything became easier and easier along the way. So to finish off this long letter, I would like to say that Ms. Selena and her other associates that helped with our TV situation were the best helpers we've ever had while being at UPS. And we had a very fun and simple time. Thank you. 😊 👍

Had to drop off some items acquired in my travels to lighten the load for my flight home. Charlotte was amazingly nice and professional. I came in with multiple unorganized bags that needed to be boxed up and shipped back home, she had an excellent attitude on what i assume is not the most favorable task during the day. Great customer experience!

Selena is great! Every time I come here she is always so pleasant and helpful and she moves the line so quickly, it doesn’t matter how many people are in line or if it’s just her by herself or one other person. Thank you Selena!!!

My first visit to this store. I was impressed the moment I walked in. I was pleasantly greeted and acknowledged. I was there to have a document notarized. The process was smooth and fast. Such a stark difference from my neighborhood store. I may have to consider doing business with this location more often. Selena was truly a pleasure to work with.

The store manager Selena helped me send this massive portrait to the granddaughter of the Teacher who helped me become I am today. The package was to large at first she helped my husband and I to cut the box down and measure it all because she heard me recording a special Thank you video. My mentor passed away 7years ago and blessed me with this portrait. I thought it would only be fitting for me to give it to her granddaughter who is now a wife.

I just rushed to make it to your store before closing. I was greeted by Selena walking in. She was helping another customer & more ppl came in after me. I had two packages, 1 small, 1 rather large. She was able to multitask & get all of us taken care of while going out of her way explaining to me the process of my return. She was the most helpful person I have encountered in very long time. Extremely friendly, patient, efficient…. This girl needs a RAISE! I will for sure choose your store over the others near by because of Selena. :)

Charlotte and her manager were dope as hell. Ol' Charlie got my package shipped with ease. The machines may have bullied me but Charlita??? The God Queen of the UPS store she is, handled that with ease too. Ol girl can walk on water and I wouldn't think twice about it.

I had to drop off a large package at the Camino El Norte store in North Las Vegas. The two ladies inside were extremely helpful and friendly. They printed out an email that I had forwarded them to attach to my package, they taped my large box and I was just so impressed with their service. I absolutely didn't have to do anything but pay. THANK YOU ladies, I have never returned a large box like this before and was worried that I might do something wrong. You made the process so effortless.
