Zack was AMAZING at helping us select & purchase our perfect mattress!!! He and John worked so hard with us to make sure we got not just the mattress we wanted but also making sure we were well informed to know we picked the right one! We ended up choosing the Purple Restore Cool Touch and we’re so excited!! It was a wonderful experience to have someone who knows so much about what they’re selling so any questions you have will get answered. Their knowledge, transparency, and customer service are the reason anyone & everyone should buy their mattress from here! You can really feel that they put the guest first and genuinely care.

Outstanding service. It’s nice to be able to browse without someone hovering. I walked in and was greeted instantly. Told them what exactly I need and they guided me in the perfect direction. I was hesitant at first due to mattresses already being a needed splurge, but they were not pushy, overbearing, and kept everything very relaxed. I didn’t purchase on my first day but knew I wanted it. Went back and bought the mattress with ease 2 days later. This is a fantastic location to go to when seeking new slumber comfort. I’m over pleased with the service they provided, and will be letting many friends and family know to go to this store. Thank you!

Zack was amazing. I went in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, and quite frankly ready to spend more than I did. Zack is a subject matter expert in mattresses and it shows. He took his time, and never once pressured me into buying anything. If you’re looking for a mattress, and unsure what you need, Zack is your guy. Definitely a 5 Star Experience.

Zach was incredibly helpful and so patient with me!! There may not be anyone else as knowledgeable on mattresses as him. I wasn’t entirely sure what I was looking for and I took a LONG time trying to make a decision. He explained everything to me, offered up techniques to better help me decide which is best for me, and he was so kind the entire time. Great experience.

Bought a mattress from John, had a great experience! He was so kind and let my fiancé and I take our time as we were nervous to get a bed that we wouldn’t like. Had sleep expert Zack, very nice guy super personable and very knowledgeable about the product. What I really appreciated was Zack’s ability to “multi-task” or even command multiple groups of people at once’s. While in the store two older couples came in who need much more help than I did. Zack was swift to adjust his approach to provided me with the information I needed to independently test mattress (which I’m always down to shop alone) so he could give more attention where it was needed. BUT he didn’t forget about me which I think takes a STRONG salesmen to do so. overall great experience my second night on my mattress (I.e., proadapt soft temp.) obsessed, (my dog has been taking the WHOLE bed cause its so comfy). Zack was awesome and super helpful, stop in and see him and you will not be disappointed. I got to lay right on each of the mattresses and try them all out which was very beneficial. I took the bed home last night and slept AMAZING!

Zack was terrific! We needed 3 mattresses and he was patient and very knowledgeable. Working with our sense of humor was a bonus…we were in and out in under an hour!

Wife and I stopped by the Mattress Firm to get information and see all the bed selections up close. We definitely needed a new mattress but we were still in the "research" phase of shopping for a new bed.
