I recently switched seven lines from Verizon to AT&T, and Mr. CJ's expertise and charm made a significant impact on my decision. They attended me in less than 5 min. They did an excellent job in providing customer service and answered any questions I had. They also helped me with everything I needed and I left very satisfied.

We switched from Verizon to AT&T a few months ago and ever since Nick's been our guy. We came to get new phones last week. We went from Apple to Samsung and today decided we just had to go back to Apple. Nick explained everything in detail and made the whole process super easy each time. I would highly recommend coming into this AT&T. I was having an issue with my phone and Alondra helped me out. She knew exactly what she was doing and fixed my issue in no time! She was very friendly, respectful, and informative. She took the time to also show me around and let me know about all their current promotions since I am looking to upgrade soon. Amazing customer service! I will definitely be back for my upgrade! :)

I went into the store to look for a new phone, and Ashley casada was very informative. She was able to help me with everything I needed. She was very knowledgeable. She was very patient, because I'm not very tech savvy. But she was able to get me to what I was looking for.
Someday she should be promoted. She is management material! Thank you.

Ashley, a sales representative was so nice when we asked questions. She answered them to the best of her knowledge and was constantly asking if we found what we needed. We ended up upgrading our phones thanks to her, thank you Ashley once again for the wonderful service.

I would definitely recommend coming to this store, I was having trouble with my phone and Roel was able to quickly help me resolve the issue. He was friendly and able to answer any and all questions I had in a timely manner, as well as show me around the store in case I was interested in their current promotions. CJ did a fantastic job of explaining phone opinions! He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He made us very comfortable and relaxed. He transferred data from the old phone to the new one. He is a great representative of AT&T and we had a very pleasurable buying experience!

Leo vallejo was very helpful and knowledgeable I had a phine issue he fixed it and I'm so happy with the service he gave me all the people in that store where very friendly I will be going back for sure my number 1 store

I've been shopping around for a phone provider to switch to and this store has been the most helpful by far. David even showed me the difference between phone screens and how 90 or 120 hertz make the screen feel smoother on newer phones. Very patient, great service

This place was great… The staff was so courteous and understanding with my dilemma… Ms Alondra, she was too cool, she went above and beyond in resolving my situation… she even called her manager to see what could be done to help me out… don’t know of too many places that would do that! Awesomeness!!!

At the end of the day, she was key in getting a new customer to AT&T, to stay… thanks Alondra!

Went in yesterday with questions, and did not expect to upgrade our plan nor phones. Boy, was I wrong. David greeted us with sincerity and was very informative from the get-go. Brian and Jackie were also helpful and courteous. The staff created a fun and friendly environment.

I went in for an upgrade and the sales associate Roel Garza was very helpful, on phone knowledge making my transfer smooth would definitely come back for any questions or service.
