Ray was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. My niece's phone was not working right and he fixed it and was so helpful. I hate going into cell phone stores usually but this one is really well run and everyone there is friendly and helpful

Love Love Love This store… I spent TWO weeks on the phone with there Customer care… I went to the store and Thank Goodness someone with intelligence solved my issue in 20min!!! If your ever want or need outstanding, extremely over the top customer service…. Ask for Alish.. He was amazing!! I HATE dealing with cell phone accounts like At&t and Verizon etc. This awesome customer service rep went above and beyond and was painless, simple and fast…. We need more knowledgeable people like him. Ty sooo much for your above and beyond help!!!

About two weeks ago, I went to the Baybrook Mall location. It was a horrible experience. I called this location and went there after. The customer service was excellent! Spencer is a true expert! He was patient and explained all services regarding my phone upgrade. Savannah was excellent as well! They both stayed after the store closed to ensure I walked away happy with my phone upgrade ready for use. This is what I call quality professional customer service! Avoid the Baybrook location at all cost! If you ever need assistance, I highly recommend this location!

We got our phones here last Black Friday. They were very busy but managed to get us out phones ordered with new plans.

I came in to get some information for my husband to about the bill! Jose was the associate who helped me and explained everything j had a question on and explained it so well that I explained it to my husband. It really put our minds at ease that our 12 voice line account is set up properly. He was also very nice to talk to and has earned my trust if we need to upgrade any phones!

They are the (BEST) I just left the store, the employee ( Ray) was great, with in minutes he fixed my phone 📱, great full 👍, every time I go the store, they are always helpful, friendly, the time before today, I was buying a phone for my granddaughter, a other person that just left the store, car 🚗 would start, so while I jumped started that person's car, they the phone 📱 I needed, and thanked me so much, my act 🎬 of kindness came from the experience and employee's, that always helps me, what a great store

Was helped by Jose and he was amazing! Was super quick in transferring me from Verizon to T-Mobile and helped me set everything up in the app. The service was great and will definitely go back when I need to add another line!

Jose was very knowledgeable about every question I had asked. He took his time and explained our all my questions and helping me with my phone while my elderly mother just talked his ear off. He is really respectful, smart and knowledgeable. I’m coming to him if my mother or I need any type of T-Mobile help!

Alish helped my family tonight. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This location was pretty busy but everyone was attentive and very patient.

The rep really helped me out on adding a cell sims card to my new one. Very knowledgeable and of course, kind. Still have a few issues to get fixed on my cell. When I get time, I will call customer service.
