Love this place! Always open and reliable when Houston's water supply gets contaminated from hurricanes or pipes freeze from bad weather. I have to say the magnesium water is my favorite for post-workout recovery. I feel so full and refreshed.

Staff is always kind and helpful. They rinse our 5 gal jugs, fill them, and help us out to the car. I’m a water snob and their water here is perfect.

Christian here was awesome! Super helpful... I drank their alkaline hydrogen water offering while fighting Covid. The water was really helpful in keeping me hydrated and helping me heal! Now I have bought shine for my mom in her fight against cancer :)) thank you Christian!

Terrible customer service every time we go! First of all, their pricing is much higher than other Water Tree locations, and they do NOT take the Water Tree membership. The owner is distracted, unfriendly, rude, and once just left me there said he is taking a training course in the back room. I highly recommend the Water Tree on Kuykendahl, where everyone is super friendly, helpful, fill the water for you and take them to your car plus load them in the car for you EVERY TIME! I have gone to the Woodlands location 3 times now, thinking they will get better, but instantly regret every time. Save yourself the headache and make the drive to the Spring location (where they also have a cafe connected to the water store with fresh juices/smoothie and delicious wraps/sandwiches!)
