Love this business. Friendly and helpful staff. Always quick to give me heads up on the best options and I honestly feel like they care about their customers best interest more than just making a quick buck. I've had many situations where I have to pay for packaging on an amazon return that I was supposed to already have packaged it and I didn't realize it, but they've also been gracious a few times and given me a free bag when it is small!

The customer service I received from Nathan was above any words that I could use to describe. He assisted me with a restricted shipment with many obstacles yet continued to look for solutions until it was completed. My shipping challenge was no problem for them. And they did it joyfully. You don't find that level of service often. Happy to give 5 stars!

Luke is AWESOME! He is helpful and knowledgeable. I'll make the drive out of the way just to patronize this location. Thank you for excellent customer service consistently!

I've used a variety of UPS stores all over the Houston area and even some outside of the Houston area for many years. This one by far has the best customer service. I drive by two other UPS stores to get to this store because I know they will take care of what I need with superior customer service. They also always look for ways to minimize your cost.

This particular location always has great service and is friendly. Luke went above and beyond to help me ship 4 fragile boxes first thing this morning. Great customer service!

This UPS Store is the BEST!! They went above and beyond today for me. I had accidentally mailed a package from USPS that was suppose to be mailed out of UPS. In my panic I tried to call USPS and they were too busy to help. I called UPS and they were not only eager to listen and help, the Owner actually went over to USPS and found my package for me!! Wow. Never had ANY store go out of their way for their customer’s like this.. EVER.
Anyways, I am forever grateful to this UPS store for their willingness to help me with EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! 10 stars from me!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We needed prints last minute on a Sunday morning, and the doors were open when I arrived at 9:56 am. The young lady who helped me was so sweet, and we got our prints before our event began. Thank you!!

I recently shipped several boxes from this store in the The Woodlands to my new address across the country. My experience was very positive, especially due to Nathan, the store owner. There were a few problems and complications during this process, none of which had anything to do with Nathan or his store. Nathan stayed with me throughout all. He could have charged more and or transferred me to deal with UPS general shipping but he didn’t do any of that. Nathan’s honesty, integrity and resolve were greatly appreciated.

The employees at this UPS store are among the very best I’ve ever seen in terms of customer service. This goes for any business, not just UPS store locations. I’ve been coming here for years and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. Today, the card reader wasn’t working and the gentleman took my packages anyway, printed a receipt, and said just to call back and pay later. I’m blown away. Keep up the great work!

I went there on a Sunday afternoon about one hour before closing time. I had two suitcases (90lbs) of hi-fi equipment I needed to mail to Miami. Nathan who was alone at that time helped me with the packaging and did it in such a professional and speedy manner that his expirience doing this was evident. At the same time he was able to tend to the customers coming in to drop packages. I am very grateful for all the help I received and will come back for sure.

I went here to get something notarized to deal with my recent identity theft. The man that helped me was so nice and very efficient. Really, just a great experience. I'll definitely be coming back in the future and giving them my business.

I absolutely LOVE this UPS Store!! I have ALWAYS had great experiences here.. the employees are super friendly and helpful. HUGE BONUS POINTS for being knowledgeable about product and mailing procedures at this UPS Store (generally speaking, not everyone knows their job function at ANY given place, which is quite sad). This is my PREFERRED place to mail EVERYTHING - if I can avoid the Post Office, Hallelujah - It is THIS particular UPS store for ME!!

Every time I go anywhere else (even other ups stores) to have something shipped I regret not just going back here.

This store continually meets or exceeds my expectations each time I come in. They’re great on service and their location is easy to get to with plenty of parking.

I’ve become somewhat of a regular here in recent months and others I see here are too- a good sign of these guys taking great care of their customers.

These guys are the best because they care about their clients. Packages are mailed promptly. Mail is delivered as scheduled. When I had a hard time getting a post office box because I had an out of state driver's license, these guys had no problem signing me up. I have been to other UPS stores in the area, and this place by far is the best.

The Switchbud Place UPS Store had provided exceptional service to me and my small business. Setting up a corporate mailbox was simple and inexpensive. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about shipping; I always confident that I've shipped via the best method at the best price. Purchasing shipping supplies, making copies, sending and receiving faxes, even buying greeting cards, has been easy and convenient. The store is creatively decorated for holidays and is always clean. This UPS Store location has been a valuable asset to my business.
