Excellent customer service. Always friendly staff and happy to help you. I enjoy coming in here because I know all the employees will be accommodating, happy, and helpful. Such a fun store too. Never know what you’re going to find but I love going in there for that reason. They do of course have staples, but I love when seasonal items come in as well because of the prices and specials they’ll run. Definitely worth checking out especially with their friendly staff!

This is such a cool store! My sister recommended that I check it out. I love the clean lines and bright lights. The products were all color coordinated and were easy to find. What I liked the most was the selection of pens and notes books! Of course , pOpshelf had so much more than that but that’s what stood out to me. I’ll definitely return soon. I was so excited that I forgot to take pics of the store. But I purchased some pretty cool pens. I also liked that it was an easy drive and the location was quick access from the freeway!

Great variety. Bought a pan that seemed to have great quality and low price as it was not aluminum metal. When you enter the store, there is an odor that is part of the atmosphere, so odor sensitive people might need to shop fast. At least the odor is only noticable in the front part of the store.

My first experience with a balloon purchase and it was one to remember! The associate Selena called to inform me the balloons I purchased are not recommended for helium, however, she offered alternative balloons to match the occasion or a refund. I went with the alternative balloons. Selena assured me my order would be ready for pickup at my requested time. . . And it was! This is the best customer service I’ve received in a long time! Thank you for all your efforts Selena, I will be returning soon!

Visited Popshelf for the first time yesterday, and it's a very unique store. It's surprisingly not that packed, which I like. It's small and easy to navigate, and it has lots of snacks and organization options like containers, etc. There's arts and crafts, and even a pet section. Very unique store, and I really liked it. Prices seem fair aswell, would go again.

Store was clean, tidy, and organized. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Nice spacious store, Had to make an emergency run over there one night to buy a Santa cap. The snacks are cheaper there. My go-to place for snacks. Self checkout is quick and easy

I love this place! The store looked interesting but I never went in, well one day I decided to stop by since I was nearby and I love it! It’s like the dollar store version of TJ Maxx—there’s a bunch of cutesy decor and various home goods for cheap. They have decor, some household goods, beauty accessories, appliance accessories, some snacks, it’s really cute.

The staff there was soo sweet and nice! They had so much cute stuff! Spent alittle too much! But we’ll worth it! Will definitely be coming back.

I have visited this store twice and each time was enjoyable. They have a nice variety of quality items at fantastic prices, the atmosphere is nice and their customer service is great. I have definitely made recommendations and I will be back again, soon.

Came here for the first time yesterday. Was a good store, kinda like a 5 below, but maybe a little better. I feel like they have a lot more selection to choose from. Employees were friendly, store was clean.

What an unexpected trip ! I flew in from az for a graduation and had absolutely no idea what to get or what i should do. As I entered I was greeted by Monica the store manager and she was so so kind and helpful ! She started giving me ideas on what I could do and make for my cousins graduation. The next morning I went in and was helped by Angela who was kind and helped me out together the gift. Definitely will be stopping by the next time I’m in the area ! Thank you Monica & Angela you guys are the best. We need this customer service in Arizona 💖
