Brianna was very helpful and professional. She made sure I was able to ship my package off in the fastest, most secure way possible. I've been here several times and there must to be a some new staff members, because I experienced none of the issues mentioned in previous reviews. Will definitely return.

The wait time is always long at this location and most of the time only have one person doing everything but Hallie is always polite and friendly and she has bubbly personality. I have always seen her smiling and taking care customer with friendly and positive attitude

Hallie is an AMAZING employee. I was in the store for 5 minutes and was able to see her give some very patient directions over the phone to a lost customer while helping 3 other customers including myself all with an upbeat attitude and great customer service!

Called to ask if they had ink jet printers she told me she didn’t know and got my name and number and told me she will call me back she will check and with in a minute she called back and said yes they did loved the fast response. Not like office depot put me on hold for 30 min and didn’t even asked me what i needed.

Great location and very helpful staff. I’ve been a loyal business customer since 2020 and the store owner Dave made my account setup process quick and easy.
