Excellent experience! I stopped there to drop off a ups package. After taking care of that, I looked at license plate holder/covers for the front of my vehicle. After I checked and didn't see holes to mount the plate, I asked the associate about it. He quickly went out and checked my bumper to confirm there was no place to mount a front plate. He gave me advice on options to get it mounted. Very helpful and courteous. While outside, I told him about one of my wiper blades not completely touching the windshield when it is used. He quickly removed the blade, made an adjustment in the wiper arm, reattached the blade, and now it's perfect. Both young men were very professional, helpful, respectful, and friendly. It was so nice to go into an auto parts store and feel truly listened to and treated well.

Had an unknown issue with starting car. NAPA tested battery day before said it was fine but car persistently failed to start. Got 2nd opinion and hooray, no costly repairs needed, just a new battery. Christian was the young gentleman that helped me get what I needed for an oil change for my new truck. He was helpful and made a couple of suggestions which saved me some money. He was attentive, and showed a genuine concern for what I needed. That is sorely missing in many places today, so ask for him I suggest. The other gentleman I can't recall his name, gave some insight as well. Good job Advance

These guys are awesome. Will, David, the whole team are great at what they do. They've helped me get my car back on the road several times over the years and they also have helped me save money. This the only parts store I go to because of their team.

Everyone here is always great and very helpful. They let me test fit 2 filters to pick the one I wanted before I bought it. I've started only going here recently and am glad that I did

Ordered online (tip: there is usually a 15-20% coupon online) and they were supposed to have pulled my order before I got the but they hadn't. So, I had to wait for them to pull my order together. They were very courteous and since I'm recovering from foot surgery and using a cane, they boxed everything up and took it out to my truck.

the young man at the advanced auto off hwy 394 actually came out and helped us change the camshaft sensor on our Sebring. I honestly could hardly believe how thoughtful he was. I pray our Lord blesses him generously for his kindness meeting all the needs he may have. you're a blessing to us. Thanks again

Excellent. They even installed my new headlight for me. Being a widow for 3 years makes me truly appreciate their kindness. I go there for all my auto supplies.

Driving through TN on I40 late Sunday afternoon when my battery light comes on. Made it to their store. They tested the system, charged the battery and diagnosed the alternator. They had the part. They had a tool cart. I had the new alternator installed and was back on the road in two hours. Very helpful and friendly!

Great staff here. I highly recommend this parts store over all the rest. Quality parts, fair pricing, knowledgeable staff. They get you exactly what you need every time.

Always polite and accommodating. Store is always clean and in order. If i can't find it, they always walk out from behind the counter and show me where to find it, not tell me it's on aisle such and such.

These guys are always super helpful and great to work with. Needed a radiator and hoses and they were able to get what I needed same day from multiple places

Helpful and a life saver! Alternator went out on car while traveling. Made it there just in Nick of time before they closed and knew a mobile service that would fix it for me. On the 4th of July night. Thanks guys
