Love Menards. They have similar products to Lowe's and Home Depot but their quality seems better and they have unique items that the others don't have.

It's close to home, and I have a thing for lightbulbs and the garden center, plus I save big money apparently.

Helpful friendly people…which I usually can’t find in other big box stores. Incredible selection and decent prices. I could spend hours in this place. It’s a problem-solver’s paradise.

Store is clean, organized and there were sales associates available to answer your questions.

Clean, well organized, frequently stopped by employees asking if they could help me. Shelves are stocked and prices clearly displayed. And my cashier was very courteous. If this store wasn't out of my area I'd shop here much more.

Best home improvement store, by far. Clean, well lit, with friendly staff. Great prices and the widest and deepest selection of products.

Our Menards (West Main Kalamazoo) visit was awesome....so many great things to look at and buy. The customer service was great too. We ordered a few things from the lumber department and they were so helpful. It's so nice to go some place where they care about their Customers!! We will be back!!

Lee the plumbing manager helped pick out the appropriate toilet plunger for my needs, he showed me a line of options from good, better,best. Needles to say I chose the best option. Lee even showed me how to work the plunger, excellent customer service, 5/5 would recommend buying your next plunger from Lee.

My wife and I had purchased some cellular shades at the Menard's in Three Rivers on our way back from my father's house in Indiana. When we eventually found time to hang them we discovered that one of them was defective. So we went over to the Kalamazoo Menard's one evening to return the bad one. I just want to say that everyone we dealt with there was terrific. I wish I had taken notice of the young lady's name that was working the service center that night because she was super friendly and super efficient. She apologized for the problem (as if it was her fault) and quickly processed the return. Exceptional customer service on her part. Then we headed back to the Blinds Section and found the one we needed but we needed it cut so asked the first gentleman we found if he could help us. He said it was not in his skill set but that he would have Max come right over. Well Max came over promptly and asked the appropriate questions to make sure we got exactly what we needed. He was very kind and accommodating and clearly knew what he was doing because he had our custom blind ready for us in no time. Since we are also looking for an area rug for our dining room that has to be a certain size we asked him if he could help us with that as well. Not surprisingly he could. We walked over to where his computer was and he put in our measurements to see if they had anything that might work. We then spent a few minutes looking at all the choices but didn't find anything suitable. But we weren't disappointed because we were so appreciative of the way Max went about his business. Very professional and customer friendly. He wished us well on our way out, we went to the checkout and paid and headed home. Anyway we just want to thank the young lady at the service counter and Max for all their help. And Menard's for seeing the potential in these two young folks. We'll definitely go back when we start our next home project. Thanks again!

Friendly employees who go above and beyond to help their customers. I always enjoy the conversations with the employees they seem to make my day. As if you need food, tools, wood and so much more then this store location is perfect for you.

Menards is always a great place to shop. Great prices, larger inventory than the competition, and friendly, helpful staff. Just like everywhere else, prices are up 10-15‰. Always better than Lowe's and Home Depot. Went again today for a small package of screws and easily could have filled my cart with bargains.

Had two staff go above and beyond to get display down and packaged up for us. There were no more of it in stock or online in that color. They were extremely nice and great to work with. Unfortunately, we did not get their names, but we do appreciate them! Now to get our new sink installed!

Menards is an amazing store that has everything! Their 11% rebates on everything is one of the coolest things ever. We remodeled our house and bought all over stuff through this company and with our rebates we bought all of the trim for the house with just rebates. Saved us thousands of dollars! Strongly recommend this company!

We ordered a Bilco door. I just got off the phone with the most pleasant man I've ever had help me from Menards. Gary Brandt helped me get my delivery in order. I've had quite a few experiences with staff at the West Main Menards but this guy is simply the best! Great attitude, very well mannered and I appreciate that. Gary deserves a raise!! I had to return a piece of furniture half assembled due to a factory defect today.
Megan helped me through the frustrating process of exchanging, then having to switch vehicles because mine was too small for the display. She was upbeat, efficient, and really saved the rest of my day.
Every staff member I’ve worked with at this store has been helpful, and willing to go the extra mile.
I’ll happily drive the half hour to this store before any other.
