Terrible Herbst Convenience Store

She helped me this morning with my voucher for car wash. It did not work, and she gave me other code.

The Car Wash is mostly the reason that I visit. I have been to 12 locations and this one happens to be the most unique. Love it again and I would come back to see it in action just the Basic wash alone was worth it. Love it to pieces. If I owned a wash I would use this same system. I love Touchless car washes.

Customers are allowed to come make lies about the employees and that's not right. A review was made about me being rude and needing to be retrained, what want told was the disrespect from these customers. This guy comes in, wants backwoods but doesn't have his ID, I told him I needed to see it so he asked his mom to get them which she couldn't do because he asked for them. As he was going to get his ID he called me out my name and at that point I refused his service. I finished his mom's transaction at which point she began cursing me out. Then the sister comes in and I didn't know she was his sister. I never called their mom old but I did ask them to leave the store because they were causing a scene. While ringing up the sister she calls me out my name and threatens me so I refused her service, at that point she goes outside to get her phone and take a picture. In the picture I was on the phone with my boss who heard all the commotion, when they refused to leave the store I called the police who also heard the commotion. The next day cameras were reviewed and I did nothing wrong or said anything inappropriate to these customers.

Wonderful customer service nice gentleman they call OG help me out with my transaction. Very polite. I come to the store all the time and recommend people to come to this store.

This place not too bad even though I see a few people cursing out employees every once in a while, the have a large selection of products and goods, I like their fresh oranges.

My brother was getting backwoods and he did not have his ID, when he went out to get it he said something under his breath pertaining to it being hot and him not wanting to get it.. when he came back with his ID she refused service for absolutely NO reason . My brother did not agree with it then asked for corporates number.
I was still in the back getting snacks when it happen, when I walked up I noticed she was talking smack to my mom calling her an “old lady”
I went to ring up my snacks & she rang up every snack then had the nerve to say she refused my service . SHE WAS TRYING TO GIVE US A HARD TIME FOR NO REASON. She told us she was manager but her tag read assistant manager trainee.. she def needs to go back to training and watch how she talks to people.

They don’t pick the phns at night, and I sent my kids in with a $100 bill, the lady told them she don’t have change….I go in there to get gas, all of a sudden she got change… 9:55 pm 18/08/23

today i went to buy at a simons and craig rebel store a black person attended me he treated me like garbage he humiliated me and made me feel bad for not understanding him i was like angry for fabir do something about it they have that kind of people working me I'm just a customer who went to buy and I don't go back to that place his name is Demario Id 613842 it was in craig and simons

Night Shift lady very rude I ask was it a manager in to talk about the gas station not having receipts to print out my wash code or my coupon for my Red Bull.The lady said Rome wasn’t built in one day.Wow where did that come from where did customer service go

Lady todight around 8:30 working the register 02/01/21 was being rude her name started with a D it’s a hit or miss with this place sometimes they hire horrible people

Linda and the guy that looks like an old overweight burnt out member of the Beatles are extremely rude and not accommodating in any way.

Poor service was told closed refused service good riddance to customers services.

I make stop this morning to buy a milk is expired two weeks ago🤮🤮
