Terrible Herbst Convenience Store

I went in tonight to grab chocolate candy! Reese cup and KitKat. The young man at the counter ( Christopher) was very friendly and helpful! The store was clean and organized! Keep up the awesome job Christopher! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The heavy set Black chick that is working the night shift this evening on
1-03-2024 has consistently been the definition with the photo assistance of a garbage customer service employee of the year everytime I've patronized this place and she's been on shift... Really she needs to be FIRED like yesterday... I'll never patronize this establishment again because tonight was the last straw when she took cases of soda to her car as I was pulling up leaving the store unattended... Then she let the door slam in my face as I was walking into the building right behind her to purchase my items.

I've come here 3 times this week and found the doors locked with a sign saying "on break be back". I've left the other times but today I decided to wait and see how long the store will be closed. This is also the only time recently that I've seen the store closed during business hours. About 10 minutes and 10 customers later and I'm still waiting at the door.01/27/23@7:18pm.

Had $1 to spend in gas, apparently they have a minimum for cards, which is $1.32 so I had to leave in search of a gas station that would take a dollar. If gas is a necessity in America by this point there should be no minimum. Greedy.

Cashier JANITA is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. 2nd time I
had this experience with her cuz the 1st time was months ago and never came back to this location til this morning. I'm so surprised Terrible Herbst doesn't care at all with how their cashier acts towards the guest.. I will never ever come back again in this location or at any terrible Herbst and I will make sure facebook and other social media account I have knows about this. Like I said from the first time I complained about JANITA, "CAMERA DOESN'T LIE" ... unless terrible Herbst doesn't really care .

Omg stopped early in the morning, register guy was just completely unknowledgeable. Though the price read one amount he would not ring it up the accurate price. 15 mins of explaining the price then watchomg him ring it up and bag over and over, finally left pay handed

Restrooms out of order would be a great spot for a convenience store not so convenient at this store

Fat girl worst customer service ever, and stay of the phone when you have customers, who taught you how to conduct yourself at WORK

Went in there to get gas but card was declined but when i checked my bank statement they charged me 50 bucks and iv been taking to "managers" over the phone for the past 2 days and they still wont give me my money they took from me
