They have a large variety of shoes on display and a amazing selection of clothing! The prices are more than fair and if they are able to work on a price with you they will 100% do it. All the owners and employees are extremely knowledgeable, they will even be able to recommend outfits for any occasion that will suit you! I do recommend trying on the clothing and shoes because as we all know every brand and trim feels different! Also unlike some of these other fake comments saying they sell fake shoes with the real ones, I’m going to tell you right now that is a lie. This is one of the few spots that do not sell fakes, if you are questioning whether or not a shoe you bought off of stock x or goat are real or not they will be able to check it for you and let you know. So much hate out there against small owned business, and trust this is one that deserves nothing but love for its quality in customer service, variety and authenticity! I will 100% be a returning customer!!

Store is super nice and clean, lots of inventory for fair prices. It was so much more convenient buying shoes from them than going through Stockx and having to pay fees and wait for shipping. Owners are also really nice! Will be going back soon.

This store is always organized and truly focuses on a consumer first bases. You are always greeted with friendly smiles and character. Best buy sell and trade store to come to Madison! The owners never fail to make me feel welcomed as soon as I walk in. I immediately get greeted and offered help every time. They answer all your questions and help you find just what you’re looking for. Since this store has opened I haven’t even bothered to buy shoes from anywhere else! I will forever shop with them. They also have great prices that can’t be beat, and such a wide variety of shoes, clothing and much more. If you haven’t already shopped with them go do it, you won’t regret it!

The BEST thing that happen to East Town Mall hands down! From Alex & other owners giving the best customer service to the variety of new styles. The vibe in there is super dope, you can buy, trade & sale gear or shoes that are in good condition, where else can you do that in a Madison store without getting ripped off!? Anyways I can keep writing but ya'll really need to check this place out, otherwise you are missing out sheeesh!

Checked out this store while in town for the holidays and ended up chopping it up with the owners for a hot minute. Definitely some cool dudes that be about they business. I copped two VLONE tees for myself and my lady. 👌🏻

First Class has the best environment! Right when you walk in you’ll be greated by the owner Alex or one of his partners. They’ll help you find whatever you need in your size. And if they don’t have it? They’ll get it for you. Nowhere in Madison carries the type of stock that they do. These are the products people go on GOAT and wait weeks for.

The people at First Class Kicks are always super friends right when you walk in they great you and ask if there’s anything they can help with, and they always have the best shoes and clothes for the best prices around, they consistently beat every app’s prices and they are really good at authenticating stuff so you know you’re getting what you’re paying for and that everything legit there, my favorite shoe plug out there, and the one I recommend to everyone that ever asks or talks about nice shoes or clothes, and Alex who works there is super cool and great to work with, if you can’t get in store right then you can have him send you videos of the stuff they got it, and pay online and have them ship it to you also, they got everything you need at prices you can’t beat
