Bath & Body Works

The store feels a little old (not the White Barn remodel)but it is clean and well stocked. The temperature was a bit warm inside. The employees very nice and helpful. There is handicapped parking nearby but the doors are not automatic. There are dividers at the registers.

Wow! Found this Bath and Body Works kinda hidden.... very clean, great selection of products...the STAFF was AMAZING! BEST SERVICE ever!!!

I had an excellent experience at this Bath and Body Works due to the amazing manager Abby! She was absolutely fantastic and helped me find all of the items that I needed. Such as the tis the season candle! If I had any questions, she was extremely knowledgeable and was one of the kindest workers out there! Additionally, she is always there ready to help early in the morning during big sales. GIVE THIS MANAGER A RAISE! Or make her the CEO! Thank you Abby for your help and helping my experience at Bath and Body Works be fantastic!

These Ladies on the evening I visited this store, were Beyond Helpful They worked together as a Team and helped me decide on which gift basket to purchase. Then it was wrapped and prepared very Nice and the Gift was Received Very Well Thanks To Their Help in this store. I will be returning very frequently at least once a month due to their Personalities and Helpfulness. Ive been to a lot of stores here locally and the disappointment in how some treat their customers is a shame. The Quality Of Customer Service at this store If I was a "Secret Shopper" I Would Give Them The Highest Score Possible for the 3 women that was working Jan, 10th 2018 5:45pm . We all go to work because we must, But those who Take Pride and Enjoy what they actually do when at work is what Makes A Difference In their Customers Experience when representing the stores brand and reputation. I give these Ladies 5 STARS

I like this store way better than all the other Bath&Body stores in Las Vegas. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They go out of their to provide great service to their customers. They also have a wider variety of products

I had recently shopped this past week and I had Nancy and Jaclyn help me with my wife’s gift for her birthday. Not only were they able to help my find the perfect gift but also wrapped it up. These girls were so helpful and friendly.

Yesterday my boyfriend and I were there! Stephen helped us.
This place was really nice. We were greeted at the door. And the 2 or 3 people that were there were on their toes! Also, the products we got are awesome. I've been wanted a good salt scrub for a while. My skin is really dry. Along with that, my boyfriend works construction so his is too. Stephen showed us this amazing salt scrub! We got one called, 'In the Sun' and one called, 'At the Beach'! This stuff made my boyfriends hands Baby soft!
I loved the service of this place and their products are really good. Even if it MIGHT be a dollar or two more expensive than some of the other Bath and Body Works closer to my house (it is down town Summerlin and a mall) we will FOR sure be back.

I had the greatest experiance when I went to this store a few weeks ago. I was greeted by Jaclyn as soon as I went in. She was very helpful in knowing her products. We seemed to have alot in common as far as scents and how we keep our house smelling invitable. She is a great asset to this store and the company in general. She is very people oriented and I enjoyed talking with her. She does need to be recognized for this talent that she has.

I had to buy a gift for someone I barely knew. Mykala at the store on Village Trails in Las Vegas was excellent. She knew the store's product line up and down, didn't make me feel like I was wasting her time since this gift would be purchased online-not from her- and made subtle suggestions that will make this gift that much better. I ended up spending $100. Mykala understands the meaning of customer service. Give her a raise!

Great sale today and the store was ready! All of the staff was happy, helpful and glad I was there. So nice!

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and especially during such weird times, its much appreciated so that all can feel safe while shopping!

All the girls are AWESOME!! Marie, Ashley, Jony, Shaylee and all the rest. The service is great . They are all family and they bend over backwards to make my husband and I welcome.

I only shop when there is good deals going on&of course the use of coupons. Everytime I come in I get greeted w/a smile. Employees are nice&helpful.

I went in to buy a gift card for a young lady who loves Bath & Body Works. I was in and out in only a few minutes.

Great products, prices, and very friendly staff! Best place to get lotions, perfumes, soap and candles. I love moonlight path!
