I recently had an excellent experience at The UPS Store at The villlage Center. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making my visit both smooth and pleasant. They handled my shipping needs with great care and provided helpful advice on
packaging options. The store was clean and well-organized, which added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing reliable shipping and excellent customer service.

Hi, I am Phillip. I got some pictures printed from the UPS store for my living room decoration. Their prints were so beautiful that everything seemed natural. And they delivered me very nicely and in less time. And their rates were also very consistent.

I always go to this store in Summerlin for Amazon returns and every time I have a great experience. Royanne is my favorite because she’s always fast and friendly. Very helpful and patient with the customers. Everyone loves her.

I stop in this UPS store fairly often. They are usually staffed well and I have always had friendly staff help me. When I drop off packages they are quick to help with labeling.

I've frequented many UPS Store locations over the years and even managed a location for little more than 18 months. What goes on behind the scenes would boggle mosts' minds. This location does an EXCELLENT job of "effortlessly" servicing customers. A great deal of time must have gone into properly training the staff because they are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and ready to assist whenever my wife or I visit the store. We were so impressed that we switched our box from another location to this one simply because the staff at this location "make life easier".

Been here a few times and always rude customer service. Yesterday went to open the door at 4:55 and the employee came to the door, pulled it shut and yelled “no, we are closed, I cant take that.”. She locked the door and walked away. Didn’t know they closed at 5 but that was rude! Other times just poor customer service and no receipt for amazon packages. You have to take a picture of your return label. The UPS store in Down town Summerlin is always awesome and you get a receipt. Next to Trader Joes.

Update: I have been going back to this location and have had only friendly service. Im glad that is has been more of a frequent encounter at this location. Thank you for reaching out. I decided to try this location again because you reached out. I normally dont do reviews so it was pretty bad, I have to say this is a total 180 turn around. Great job!
