The store I go to are always friendly and happy. Makes you feel good when you leave.

Markedly improved service! Annette has diligently worked to make sure our mail is packaged and forwarded to us on time and safely. Thank you for all the little kindnesses and understanding that you have shown us with some of the errors that have occurred in our shipping from other shippers and helping us to get it all straightened out. You guys don't have to go that extra step, but it is much appreciated that you have!

There were enough clerks to help everyone. My clerk was friendly and helpful.

I brought a project in that proved to be a little difficult. Michelle has been helping me from the start and even though the test run didn't work, she kept trying to get it to work instead of just saying sorry and that she couldn't help me. She's been wonderful to work with and I will definitely be bringing all of my future print jobs there. Thank you!

I had ordered some prints through here and things did not go as planned but I will say the team and the manager went out of their way to right any wrongs. I was extremely impressed that they had made an effort to help me out especially after I had kind of snapped on the gal helping me. I think she could truly see that I was frustrated with other things and not her. She took the extra time to give me great customer service and threw in some free small services to help me because my order was not right the first time around but she definitely went above and beyond the second time I came back.

I prefer FedEx but had a return that happened to be through UPS. I dropped it off and need some assistance and the lady working wasn't very pleasant at all. Seemed Irritated I even came in... Hopefully just having a bad day and not always so smug.

Absolutely horrible experience trying to get a pattern. One employee actually trying to work and was overworked making copies on the smaller size. One attempt to make a larger size copy for me which was not the size I requested after having left the copy there for 2 hours. 2 other employees working very slowly moving one Box at a time and coming from the back to assist customer when the bell rang with door opening. I very obviously stood waiting for assistance while they waited on others. I spoke up and a poor attempt to help with making a copy smaller than the original. No care in worker appearance at all looked sloppy and unprofessional which they were at best! I LEFT VERY UPSET AND WILL NOT RETURN! Just spoke with Rachael and recieved and apology for yesterdays service. Just hope it never happens again.

Called there and the lady was very unpleasant and very obviously did not even TRY to help me. Asked if she could check for a package for me to come pick up since the tracking says it's at this specific store, second I gave my name she nearly interrupted me to say it wasn't there indicating she did absolutely nothing and just simply didn't wanna help let alone talk to me. Long story short, don't even bother calling, showing up is hardly good either, to save yourself any heartache just hope they deliver your stuff right and in one piece. If they don't do either right, all I can say is good luck dealing with their staff

This absolutely the worst group of employee's I have ever encountered. The employees are more concerned with wiping a counter and ignoring the waiting customers. They absolutely are must hate their jobs because they demonstrate an apathy towards actually working or demonstrating customer service.

One star is more than they deserve. The attitude and rudeness trickles down from the manager. She is completely incompetent to be in customer service. We had a package damaged in transit; went to the store to file a claim. After leaving all the information there that she requested, we never received a call. When we called back, she simply stated our claim was denied. No information, no paperwork, no nothing. We confronted and seeking an explanation, she stated it was only covered if the package was lost, and not damaged. Mind you, we insured the package for $4,000 to cover the value of the item. Since the item arrived at it's destination, no coverage. I later spoke with UPS directly, and then informed me that she was inherently wrong. Through this entire encounter she smirked at us, answered my questions with "yep" and "nope", never once apologized for our awful shipping experience. She should not be employed at this place because she is entirely incapable of any sense of human decency. Ship somewhere else.

Don't know what happened to this store but just a few years ago, there was a time when this store was great. Now with new employees (guessing management too) the store has become my place of dread. Totally incompetent and rude reps (wont even get into this part) that have already lost one package on me going back to Amazon but now seems to have lost a second package within 6 months. I also read from another reviewer they lock up early, before 6 PM but they also quit answering the phone at 5:45 PM, UPS needs to come up with alternative plans for this horrible, useless and incompetent store and I hope its soon.
