I had a wonderful experience working with Nancy L. I can't even begin to tell you about the excellent level of customer service and interaction with her. She was amazing in getting me what I needed. I am not local, I live in Central Florida and she got me my product flawlessly from start to finish. I wish all companies would have someone like Nancy represent them. I am so appreciative for her assistance and expertise. Thank you!

We came in right at close on a Saturday and they stayed open to take great care of us! They helped us pick our flooring and load everything on our trailer. After a long day of looking at options, it was great to get flooring we love at an amazing price!

Awesome experience in Dalton! I got a great deal on carpet for my family room. The warehouse was clean and orderly. It was a pleasure working with Ed who is knowledgeable, attentive and just a great person. An additional thank you to Tony and Bruce for rolling out the carpet for my inspection, as well as loading and strapping it down in my truck for a safe ride back to Powder Springs. All-in-all, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend Becklers Carpet Outlet to anyone looking for flooring.
