Matt was exceptionally helpful and did everything he could to help me find a product I've been looking for, for almost a year now. He's also been who I go to anytime I have questions about products in store and is incredibly informative. I recommend him and the dalton store to all my friends and family.

I came by today for the first time and had the best service. The man Zack was very respectful and very genuine.

Always find what we need, and Sam is always kind enough to help us find the products we need, or recommend a product if we are not quite sure of what we need.

Got some pre-workout last night and the young man was outstanding with his knowledge of products!!!

The store is like any other GNC that size, nothing special. What made the visit special was the lack proper customer service. Zach has never been taught that as a customer service representative, he should address people as "sir" or "ma'am", or at least anything other than his chosen "buddy". Even after politely saying this was wrong, he kept doing it. When I was a 20yo kid, like Zach, I went above & beyond to be polite in such jobs. I blame poor training.

Awful customer service tonight. Doubt I’ll be back if I see anyone other than Matt in the store. I will be Calling corporate on the guy who wears the glasses with short curly hair. Very rude and unprofessional towards me. Walked in before 7:30 (closes at 8 I called to check before I drove to the mall) walk in the store and no one around, I yell towards the back to make sure someone was there incase they didn’t hear me walk in. Guy comes out the back yelling and waving his phone around telling me he’s going to call security because I’m in the store that was OPEN. Reminded him I called to make sure they was open before I came. Was still rude towards me threatened me again by sayin he would call security. Even though I had done nothing but but come in the store to buy stuff. I see this guy in GNC when I come I’ll never buy anything with him workin in that store if I even come back. Could buy from Amazon like a normal person.
