Wild Birds Unlimited

I visited Wild Birds Unlimited on 1/5/24 for the first time. They have a great selection of bird feeders, bird food & many other birding supplies. They guarantee their bird feeders which is a plus because our the harsh weather conditions here in central Texas. Great customer service, Hector was very knowledgeable & informative & he carried my purchased items to my car!

If you buy bird seed from the grocery store or other outlets, I challenge you to try a bag of their bird seed! I was one of those who bought the "top quality" seed from a grocery store, but had a bag of Choice Blend from a gift basket I used and I was amazed at the more interesting collection of birds that would come to feed. The only bad thing is that you will have to fill your feeders more often! The quality of their bird feeders is unmatched, too--definitely worth the price. I will continue to be a loyal customer!

Went here to get a gift for my husband and they were so helpful in explaining everything I needed, giving me a range of options and everyone was super friendly!

Great products and exceptional quality, without question, but what sets them apart is their TRULY AMAZING customer service. My out-of-town visitors insist on visiting "my" WBU because they are so bowled over by the customer service. I won't even go into how often I visit... Just a great place to shop, and one I recommend to everyone.

I have read the previous 'reviews' of this store; and I AGREE with EVERY POSITIVE WORD, that has been posted. I went there, to just buy some bird food; and I left with a NEW Spirit and Smile. The owners are both FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL, in their efforts to "take care of you".
I HOPE that this business continues to THRIVE; and that people from South West AUSTIN take a quick 25 minute drive to visit this store. Thanks for the service, that YOU give.

These guys are great... they happily fixed a broken WBU feeder after another store refused. Advised on Proper seed for local birds and were helpful in every possible way.

Outstanding family business. My birds love that I shop at Wild Birds Unlimited in Dripping Springs. Great Customer service were they greet you by name and carry your purchases to the car.

I had planned to pick up Mother’s Day gift on Sunday but ends up they were gonna be closed. When an employee called To tell me would be closed and he could tell was a Mother’s Day Gift he ended up dropping off on porch. Rare to find a store that would do something like that. Very much appreciated.

I went in to get a bird feeder, I came out with a new hobby. The people there are great. They explain how to get started if you're knew or how to improve the number of birds that come if you're already a hobbiest. You can just get seed too, they cater to the casual observer also. I can't say enough good things about Wild Birds Unlimited.

Customer service as soon as you walk in is super friendly and kind! I actually have one closer to where I live but I just love coming here and making a day of it. I love the town itself so it’s worth the drive.
