Good prices on Hanes, Champion products and more. Good prices, with some buy one get one free or half off. (The staff was really nice but maybe under staffed for the work that needed to be done.) I got packs of boxer briefs, the second one half off and my wife got five bras for $10 each. She was very happy with the buy as she hasn’t found these any place else, even at Victoria Secret. For comfortable relaxing clothes, this is a great spot to find what you need.

The customer service was top-notch. Employees were on the floor helping customers the best they could without the use of dressing rooms or being able to help with bra sizing and fittings. Also someone was there at the door not only to greet but also to keep track if number of customers in the store.

I had a wonderful experience while shopping with Hanes recently. A very nice woman, Ute, (I think she was the manager) was so helpful when I was browsing for a bra. She gave me a bra fit that literally changed everything. I’ve received bra fits before at VictoriaS, but i always felt a bit off and somewhat uncomfortable. After my bra fit with her I tried on the bras she recommended and I felt so comfortable, It made me look better, and gave me more confidence. Turns out I was wearing a size and a half too big for years! I’m so grateful for the help! She also helped me find matching pairs of undies to go with my new bras! This is a game changer for me. I will be coming in Hanes for my underwear and bras from now on. Thank you Ute! :)

Absolutely the best place to find all your day to day lingerie needs. Wish we had one closer to Des Moines. Always stop here to "stock up"

Associates here we're very knowledgeable and very helpful. They were busy but kept track if customers and what they were looking for. They knew their merchandise.
