AT&T Store

I was greeted and helped right away Jeffrey and Charles are both very polite and helpful. Jeffrey had my new iPhone up and running. He transferred information from my old iPhone to my new iPhone. They are both an Asset to AT&T. Thank you AT&T for having such courteous and knowledgeable employees at Shadow Creek AT&T store in North Las Vegas on Centennial parkway. A very Happy Customer. 😊

Wanted to give a shout-out to Charles and Jeffery, they’re such amazing associates and very knowledgeable. Had the best experience with them and they were happy to help us out with any questions and very understanding with our little one getting into everything

This is a wonderful store. The manager was so helpful and helped us to get exactly what we need. He was patient with all of our indecision and we ended up with a good plan.

The only bad part about AT&T is there phone customer service. Talking to some of those people on the phone was very difficult. Some of them could barely understand English and when they did understand they were not very helpful.

Once again, I appreciate the store but I did not appreciate the customer service reps on the telephone. I think I'm going to regret changing from my old provider, T-Mobile.

All in all I give the store five stars but I give AT&T customer service two or three at best.

The minute I walked through the door I was met with the presence of great energy and a smile of confidence and customer service.. And he said welcome, my name is Jeff... Jeff, I salute you, you are a young association, but possesses a wealth of professionalism and patience....Rock on.

Super quick. Wasn't much traffic in the store. I was super happy with my experience!

Jared and Jackie deserve a huge raise!! I was there a few day ago and when I came in they were the most help att repereaeive I have ever worked with. Not only did they help me out with my issue they handled an angry customer that was being super disrespectful with amazing customer service. I will only come back to this att for anything I need!!

these guys here are awesome! they were able to answer all of my questions and got me hooked up with a new phone and plan. they weren't pushy like most sales people, it was like getting advice from a friend. Nat was so friendly and is the guy to see if you need a new plan. thanks!

I came to the AT&T store on centennial and Loose and I switched from Verizon to AT&T. The rep Angel helped me and my wife with our switch and we were happy with everything. Come to find out he took the 2 phones we traded in and processed our transaction as new clients with no phones to trade. Later we are told we never traded our phones in. I am out now $650 that I have to pay Verizon. I feel like I was robbed.

Just want to update this review. After reporting what had happened the issue was corrected and I was credited the right amount for the phone trade in. It was done quickly and efficiently. Thanks a lot for the attention to this issue! I am happy with the result.

These guys are amazing. Ive been left speechless by the amazing customer service I received. I couldnt find any better words than EXCEPTIONAL. I would definitely travel across town just to see them again. Best customer service by far. If i can give them 10 stars I would.

Thank you! I just wanted to make sure I started off with that. The customer service at this AT&T was quite possibly the best I have ever had. My wait was not long, my questions were answered efficiently and quickly, and the young man who helped me had a great sense of humor. I will definitely be telling everyone I know to go to this location for great and friendly service.

The guy in this store, I think his name is Mike, is awesome. I've been looking for a new phone for a while, but the plans are always so flipping complicated. He made things way simpler for me. People in these stores are always so high pressure and don't ever care about the customer. Not this guy. He explained things, answered my questions, was patient, and very personable. If I get AT&T, it'll be because of him.
