Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

This is the best paint store in Hot Springs mostly because of the helpful staff. I've received a ton of good advice from them while painting various parts of my house over the last two years.

The clerk was extremely helpful and friendly! Helped me find exactly what I needed and put it all together very quickly. He even carried the paint to the car for me. The store itself was clean and well stocked. The paint is great quality (even the cheap stuff) and the color is exact. First time customer and 100% will never get paint from Walmart again.

We are in process of preparing one home to sell and another to move into. We brought in one of our cabinet drawers from the flip and Conner had no trouble matching the color exactly. The colors for our new home had already been picked and Conner was able to take of those all at the same time. He then boxed up all the paint and carried it all to the truck for us. We appreciated Conner sharing in our excitement about our house flip and the finishing of our new home. Excellent Customer Service.

I have shopped at this store for the last four years and have been a Sherwin Williams customer for the last forty years. I have always been satisfied with Sherwin Williams products. The employees and manager of the hot springs store are standpoint of product knowledge,friendliness, and helpful. Overall an excellent customer experience.

Albert is the best! Albert and Kevin make this location the best. I can ask any questions and not feel like I'm asking a dumb question

After over 2 Billion in profit for 2020 you'd think an American Company like Sherwin Williams would consider providing their products at a better price level, well no one else has so WHY BOTHER.
I'm very satisfied with there products performance and the ability to match colors.

Very helpful. I was not sure that they could mix the color that I wanted, but they were able to cross reference it and succeeded. Also, I got some nice discounts using coupons that I received in my E-mail notices. I love your flat Super Paint. It is the best!!

These guys are some of the most helpful people. I always come in lost and unsure about what to get. They always listen to the project idea and recommend the best choices that WORK great. They're always interested to see how it turned out, too.

Went to the Hot Springs Arkansas Store to get paint to match existing bathroom cabinets for touch up... Associate matched to perfection the paint needed.... they....always....do... no matter what I drag in for them try and match!

best paint. one coat needed only. but a little pricey so I wait until they have sales. the sales person, Conner, was very helpful.

The Higdon Ferry store are always very helpful and know what they're talking about. We always work with Albert and he is outstanding.

Was at the other store a week ago, went back to get the rest of our paint n the guy with the man bun told us we'd have to go to the other store to get our paint, we did n this store was very helpful n friendly, unlike the other store...I will go to this store, but I will never b back to the other

The store on Higton Ferry in Hot Springs Ar.was great the sales person was awesome, he knew the store was very polite, The store on Central I wasn't very pleased with.

99% of the the time these guys go above and beyond what's needed. especially Kenivn, the store manager ( dude is awesome )
